★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Anytime I come in to see their cat toys or any cat products, this is what the isle looks like. EVERY TIME I TRY TO COME BY. I get once but jeez… no point shopping here if you have cats. I’d love to get something if I could…*Edit* Ended up going to the one in Covington, which has a much better layout if you can make it there.
May 29 · SunoskeSHOP WITH CAUTION. THEY SELL EXPIRED PET FOOD.think it’s really inappropriate for staff to use their phone ON shift while checking a customer out. Not only did she use her phone the whole time helping someone in front of me, she also helped me and was on her phone the whole time. Please keep employees phones off floor. It gives you guys a very bad look and the employees a bad look as well
April 21 · Melanya LaigoSo I stopped in probably a dozen times in the last few months and every single time the fish area was closed down saying they were sick and in quarantine. If it’s that hard to keep your live “fish” healthy maybe you shouldn’t keep live animals at all, It’s a waste of time to go to get fish here
March 23 · Ty WeightmanI have visited the shop today to do shop and delivery for a customer. I searched for the items in the list when I was unable to locate a cat food from the list, I approached to a staff to ask her if she can help me where can I get that cat food. She saw the picture and said you have passed that it's in the cats section she commented that '' by the way we don't shop for door dash '' I manage to locate the cat food with the help of another very helpful staff but I was unable to get a cat toy which I believe was out of stock so the girl who helped me went to the girl I first approached for help. She again said the to her that we don't shop for door dash. After making that comment than she checked and advise that it's out of stock. If a product is out of stock dasher's won't now that unless and until they ask a staff. I believe those who are coming to shop and deliver they are customer's too and should be treated the same way as the other customers are treated. Today I was not treated well by the first girl I approached. It was my first visit and a bad experience. Thank you to the girl who helped me. But the other staff need to treat customers with respect.
August 17 · Mohammed NafizI can honestly say that other than the nice groomer we spoke to on Sunday when we went in to the location, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I called Saturday because the app said walk ins were preferred for a nail trim and buff. The woman that answered said that it would be better to come in on Sunday after 12 or 1 because they would have 3 groomers there and it was less busy then. We walk in on Sunday and waited and by the time the groomer came out to talk with us, she said that they were behind and there were only 2 groomers there so they wouldn’t be able to take our dog. She was however helpful and said she would schedule us an appt so that they would see that we were coming in. On Monday, we got a voicemail saying that they were unable to take us because there was a problem with the hot water and they were leaving. Again, we were just getting our dog’s nails trimmed and buffed. So today my husband called ahead because he was told Monday would be good to come in. He was told today the same thing, that there was only one groomer booked and that they wouldn’t make an appt for nails. If we have tried now 4 times to come in for what is advertised as a simple walk in and we are unable to make an appt for this service, or any service if they are consistently overbooked, why should continue our Petco vital care membership?
