★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had a wonderful experience at Incas. Lisa was super helpful answering all of our questions even my 9 year old daughter’s 20 questions. She takes very good care of her birds and they all look happy. The big bird room was amazing as well!! Such beautiful happy birds!! Lisa also asked question's and educated us on proper care for our new Cockatiel!!
August 03 · Rudy SanchezLisa, the owner is very rude and Racist. I would give O stars if possible. All of the cages were in awful condition. Just walking in you could tell the cages hadn't been cleaned for a while, the smell and dust hurt my lungs. The fact that it was that disgusting is shocking. Birds should not be kept in this condition for any reason, especially when they advertise boarding birds. Thankfully I'm just passing through and won't have to go to this store ever again, but I feel so awful for the birds that are housed in these conditions.
February 15 · Lisa LiMy partner and I stopped in yesterday with the goal of visiting with some parrots and learning more about parrot behavior/care, and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The owner (Lisa) truly went 200% above and beyond and we were both blown away by how friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable she was.We were a little hesitant coming in because we weren’t currently ready to buy and we didn’t want to impose, but Lisa made us feel right at home. She introduced us to a bunch of parrots, telling us about each of them and their personalities and histories.I really appreciated Lisa’s honest and thorough descriptions of the parrots they had available for sale. It’s clear she really cares about each bird and wants to make sure that they end up with someone who is enthusiastic about loving them for who they are, with all of their unique attributes, quirks, and histories. We spent the most time with two lovely and playful caique sisters, Ducky and Weebop. Lisa brought them out of their cage to give them a bath and let us hold them, which was super fun. They are a wonderful pair. I also really enjoyed holding the amazingly sweet and friendly brown-headed parrot and giving her neck scritches. That bird was an absolute sweetheart! All in all, it was an unforgettable experience and we will definitely be back :)
May 10 · Gesine CauerThis place is honestly amazing. While pricey (understandable birds are expensive) we truly had the best time and they helped us get our beautiful green cheek baby. Lisa is clearly very knowledgeable and explained to us what we need to do to prevent bad things happening. I did not plan to spend my whole paycheck here but I definitely will come again ❤️
September 30 · Angel P(My tiel named Pico from Inca’s in the picture provided)I see lots of reviews on this place mis informed on how they work. For one they aren’t going to sell you a bird if they see you aren’t fit for one, it would be irresponsible to do so. The owner and staff love and are passionate about their birds!Their bulk selection is great and prices are even better. We live in Snohomish and drive the hour and a half to go every time! Not only is it enjoyable to see all the birds in itself but as a bird owner it always makes me want to bring another into the flock! We got our cockatiel from them and he’s the sweetest boy, he was step up trained already and he sang to me when I walked past him every single time! Jeff who was there at the time let us stay late after closing hours to bond with said bird because he saw a strong connection from the bird to me. Then he proceeded to further educate us on how to parrot proof your home etc.. Lisa which we saw last time we where there was very polite and we chatted with her for a couple of minutes about yorkies (haha) overall I only see bad reviews from people that don’t understand what it’s like to have a bird or people that aren’t willing to learn. Jeff was a very kind person and funny too as I’m a bad listener and he dealt great with that. This place is wonderful and we only wish we could live closer!
