★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’m really heartbroken and disappointed for my dog Goku. I was using the plan for about 2 months and only came in once for a check-up. Then I had a medical emergency and had to leave the country unexpectedly. When I came back, I was shocked to see a bill of over $1,000, plus an additional $300 fee. I never received a call, email, or any sort of update while I was away — just ongoing charges. Now, my dog needs care, and I feel completely shut out. The clinic says it’s open, but every time I call, the phone line says it’s closed. It’s incredibly frustrating and stressful when your pet needs help and you can’t reach anyone.I trusted this place with my dog’s well-being, and I genuinely believed they cared. But there’s been no follow-up, no check-in, nothing — just charges. I’m hoping someone from the team can reach out and help resolve this, so I can get my dog seen and feel comfortable returning again. My dog deserves care, and I’m asking for just a little compassion and understanding
June 11 · BrooklynI have been talking my pet Bella to PetSmart location for over 9 years. The visit before this one, was a nightmare. An employee by the name of Tanya shaved 🪒 Bella’s eyes where you could see the blood and pain she was in. I cried, called corporate, spoke to manager. They offered a free doctors visit, free grooming. But that was not the point! My baby was traumatized. But today, Bella was scheduled 📅 for her grooming with KEISHA, she was sweet, gentle, loving and very caring to Bella! Keisha will be the ONLY GROOMER I will ever allow to groom 🤵♀️ Bella! Thank you 😊 Keisha - I so appreciate you 🙏
April 04 · silvia delvalleI love this place. You see a bunch of negative comments up but they are very busy. The only thing that counts is how they treat your pet. They have been nothing short of amazing with my 17 year old Toby. The Women up front are professional and knowledgeable ….as are the Doctors. If the line is busy or on hold just wait. It will be worth it. Thank you all. Xoxo
May 06 · Frank PurcellMy two dogs have been coming here for vaccinations for 10 years. The staff and doctors are always very friendly and attentive. My dogs always came out happy and seemed to have good visits. I just wish it would be easier to get an appointment there.
July 06 · Ali ChuI have been going to this vet for awhile, most of the veterinarians pushed my dog to be on apoquel which I did do for an entire year and some months. To no avail however, since the last time I visited, the veterinarian informed me my dogs liver levels was just under the concerning mark. I took my dog off apoquel and started helping him on my own since majority of the veterinarians here suggest oral medication that’s SUPPOSED to be short term (apoquel) instead of informing the patients how to find long term solutions. Today I brought my dog in for a regular check up and to check his paws as they are pink (mind you this was worse when he was on apoquel). The veterinarian called me back stating it was an infection and advised me to have him take medication for the infection along with apoquel. I stated I’m not interested in putting him back on it as he was on it for a year and those issues persisted even worse when he was on it. She told me the “benefits” (apoquel blocks the itch response it does NOT treat the actual allergy, hence why it’s a TEMPORARY treatment, additionally apoquel can very easily DAMAGE your pets liver if they are on it for an extended period of time, which happened to my dog as stated previously) and proceeded to tell me I’m just gonna put you down that your refusing treatment for your dog and that his symptoms will get worse. Mind you again I informed her and vets prior on many occasions apoquel did NOT help my dogs paws, however I’m assuming none of those vets made that notation on his account. I then go to pick of my dog and once I go in the car I notice he has a decent sized cut on his toe. I called the vet back and the receptionist asked the vet if anything occurred to which they said no but stated “his feet were irritated so they can crack without treatment” I wanna make it really clear my dog USED to have cracked feet on apoquel, but since I’ve taken him off he hasn’t had that issue just the pink. He did not have this cut upon arrival. This veterinary hospital only wants money and provides pathetic excuses as “solutions”, for reference a few months prior they told me to have my dog go through surgery because he hurt his leg (nothing was broken OR torn). The vet techs and receptions are wonderful but the actual vetinarians have absolutely zero idea of what their talking about and just want to sell you prescriptions to make a profit. Sucks to say but oh well
