★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1High Quality Veterinary Experience 🐾It was a priority task to research and find the best veterinary practices for our furry babies. So the first call was brief. For sure they didn’t not gave all the information on call. So, I stopped by and learn about the services and pricing. They are fully booked and in high demand in Jersey City area. The staff is kind and blunt. Love pets and are there to help. They take care of profile building and giving priority slots. The Parking 🅿️ is available on the back of the building. Street parking is also available.Prices are reasonable, most services are available under $125.Center is clean, well maintained and equipped with tools, multiple care providers and doctors 🥼So, it’s a win 🏆 to go and get everything done at one place. But, take time to plan for recommended vaccinations. And take decision as per your plan.No fear mongering done to make money, be a smart pet parent and not just emotional.Until the next review ✌️
July 18 · Tushar SinhaAs a first-time pet parent, I was pretty anxious after discovering my puppy had worms. I researched nearby vets with good reviews and found Heights Veterinary Associates, which is super close to me. I called them in the morning, and they were able to see my puppy that same day! From the moment we arrived, the experience was incredible. My puppy was greeted with love and plenty of pets! Addy at the front desk was so warm, efficient, and clearly a huge animal lover (see the picture of my happy pup with her goodies!). Dr. Capelli came over to examine my puppy and was incredibly thorough. She explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood the best steps to keep my puppy healthy. Her warmth and expertise brought me so much comfort, and she answered all my questions patiently. My puppy felt totally at ease with her, which says a lot!I'm so grateful to have found such a caring, clean, and safe place for my pup. If you’re looking for a vet who genuinely cares, I highly recommend Heights Veterinary Associates. They even sent us home with an amazing puppy starter bag filled with pamphlets, teething toys, and other little goodies!
October 25 · Stacey KatsnelsonVery good 1st visit. Dr Capelli was very thorough on her examination of my Shiba puppy. Explained in detail all vaccines and medications. Dr Capelli gets 5 stars but I cannot give 5 Stars overall because of the high cost of Vetinerian Services here and at all Vetinerians in this area.
June 04 · Ralph LupoHow did we do?On July 10, I visited your establishment Heights veterinarians associate on 3402 John F. Kennedy Boulevard I had come to have my 2 week old kitten who I am fostering looked at because she was not pooping. After they weighed her and gave her an examination, They told me that they needed to take her into the back room and try to give her a warm water enema to help her to 💩 . When they returned with her, they said they used warm water 2 times at which time, she then 💩 on her own, so they were able to get a 💩 for parasite testing. They also told me they also gave her deworming. I noticed that her tummy had not gotten any smaller and that her hair around her backside was wet.Today is July 13th and I am very upset because at this point it’s been three days since they said she had 💩. I did not see her poop so I’m really concerned as to why she’s still not pooping. I paid almost $400 (close to half a grand) to have them help her and till today she’s still hasn’t 💩. I called the office and they told me to go to emergency. I am very upset at this point. I called an emergency center in Hoboken, they told me to continue to stimulate and watch her for a couple more days and then if she hasn’t 💩 to take her back to the vet you went to for the issue. This is how you did, you did not help my kitten and that’s what I paid for.I would like my money back and I know that 💩 won’t happen. I even learned that some kittens get constipated after being given deworming. What kind of 💩 is that, it’s unconscionable.
July 13 · Sylvia LindleyI’ve been bringing my dog to this clinic for over a year, and while I appreciated the care provided by some of the staff—especially the veterinary technicians—my recent experience left me deeply disappointed. The office enforced policies in a way that felt rigid and impersonal, prioritizing their convenience over my schedule and my dog’s well-being. Instead of having a real conversation with me about my concerns, everything was handled through email, even after a confusing phone call with a representative. When I expressed frustration, rather than trying to work with me, they suggested I find another vet. It was upsetting to feel like my loyalty as a client—and more importantly, my dog’s care—was being dismissed so easily.Additionally, I couldn’t help but feel that my decision to get my dog’s rabies shot elsewhere at a lower cost was held against me. While I understand that every clinic has policies, I believe good veterinary care should be based on collaboration and understanding, not ultimatums.I’m grateful to the techs especially Jennifer who showed kindness and professionalism throughout our time here, but unfortunately, the way the situation was handled made it clear that this was no longer the right place for us. I hope the clinic takes feedback like this seriously and considers a more patient-centered approach moving forward.
