★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We recently had to bring our dog in for surgery at the Animal Infirmary of Hoboken, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The techs there are all so amazing and genuinely loving — you can tell how much they care about the animals, even when they think no one is watching. They always take the time to be kind and gentle with every pet that comes through the door.Dr. Scarangela has been incredible throughout this whole process. She’s been so patient, taking the time to answer all the many questions we had and making sure we fully understood every step of the way. On the day of surgery, we felt such relief leaving our pup in their care because the environment is so warm and caring. It’s clear they love what they do, and they make sure the animals and their humans feel comfortable and safe.We also really appreciated how they called us twice to check in on our dog after the surgery. They’ve been so thorough, never judgmental, and always understanding as we figured out the best plan for our pup. The Animal Infirmary of Hoboken truly feels like a safe and welcoming place, and we can’t recommend them enough!
May 31 · Iris & Rosalinda PonceThe Only place I trust to take my baby too! All of the vets and staff there are terrific and we especially love Dr. Schwartz!! She always makes me feel so comfortable, leaving my pup in her care. My pup had his second dental cleaning today and he is resting comfortably.
January 24 · Dana LuzziBrought in our grumpy old cat who is normally a terror in the vet's office. Tech Priscilla was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL with him. She handled him with total confidence and made him feel secure through a pretty difficult procedure. Your pet will be in caring and competent hands with her. Thanks again. Priscilla!!
June 06 · Robert SchwartzJust another veterinary facility that cares for only money. Listen to the low reviews... came in because my dog is limping and they wouldn't even bother with an x ray. Touched him for 3 minutes and said he's fine and prescribed me medication which is 2x the price anywhere else for less than half the product.... if you have a big dog PLEASE DO NOT BRING IT HERE they do not know what they are doing. Even urged me to take my IN SHAPE barely 1 year old puppy (I made sure they knew he just turned) off puppy kibble.... if anyone has done atleast a little research you'd know big dogs should stay on puppy kibble for about 1.5-2 years not a big difference but surprising how they just kept bringing it up and didnt know. Lazy as well, couldn't even put my dog on a table to get a good examination just said "the floor is fine". Constantly rushing me out after every little check and the lady at the front desk couldn't stop complaining for the 10 minutes I was there for any minor inconvenience. Dry to customers at best. Also for every bad review why are they just outing private patient info on their pets? Does Noone see that as an issue or a way to deflect? Not professional.
May 27 · Spam SpamWe are very happy with doctor Schwartz. We have finally found someone who is truly caring and intelligent. She was great with of our anxious golden doodle.
