★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Make sure you get everything in writing, the lady behind the desk does a poor job when answering the phone and clearly doesn’t listen to what you want done with your pets. When I had to put my dog to sleep I (and the people I was with) stated we wished to have him cremated and returned back to us. This was mentioned a few times to which she said okay but apparently didn’t care to listen. She put it down as a group cremation which means you do not receive your beloved pet or anything! Thank god I took his collar home and the kind vet tech shaved some of his fur after we said our final goodbyes. I waited a whole month thinking that they must of been busy before I finally reached out and asked when I would get them back, and the rudeness that the receptionist treated me with was beyond belief. It was a terrible and heartbreaking experience that I don’t wish on anybody so lesson learned make sure you get everything in writing.
July 19 · Jordan LarawayJust came into this place to have my grandmother. Does dog be seen?He needed his nails clipped and to have a Lyme disease. He's test done to check him. The doctor was wonderful. One of the nurses she was wonderful, but the head receptionist is rude disrespectful and has no respect, my grandmother has a problem. Breathing and her dog ended up getting very scared and slipped his collar again. My grandmother cannot breathe well. She did not have her oxygen with her. And this woman screamed at her and made her cry, because she couldn't chase her little dog and needed help thankfully, the young lady that was there was able to get my mother's dog and bring him outside to me when I asked why they just didn't call me.She didn't realize she could have
September 04 · Christal OneyDr. Ray solved our cat’s digestive problems with one visit! He provided medicine and suggested a new food and with 24 hours she was back to normal after a lot of issues. Dr. Ray is also very gentle and kind to the cat, so she’s generally very calm when visiting him.
July 31 · Steve CostelloThe Vet here is great. They are very busy, and that can be frustrating from a pet owner perspective. Since its a small operation, sometimes if appointments and procedures run long you might find yourself waiting for a while. But it's honestly because the staff really treat the animals well.
August 12 · George PeroneHonestly wish I could give 5 stars. I have nothing but good things to say about the vet and vet tech... But the receptionist was nothing but rude. I felt uncomfortable and a bother to her. Just calling she has nothing but an attitude. Unfortunately I will been seeking veterinary care elsewhere.
