February 16 · Todd LewisHad a snafu with the app but the staff rocked and manager worked it out like a rockstar. He was cool, and made my day. Don’t blame the app issues on staff members! I know it’s easy to do but they don’t have control over the technology. They see a different screen than we do. Mine said processing the entire time, theirs said Completed. Technology sucks but you can still be kind or at the very least patiently silent. Have a great day.

I simply asked if I still had 2 Five dollar coupons on my account, since I paid 4.00 cash. I was told all coupons had been exhausted, which was not true
August 18 · Angela HeroldI had a scheduled follow up appointment with the Vetco clinic for my dog Rome’s shots. He originally had his 6 in 1 Canine shot at the Reading, PA location with no issues. Today I was doing a follow up for his booster shot & was told that by him (Rome) not ever being at this particular location that he couldn’t been seen for his follow up. I’m a truck driver & I travel a lot. I scheduled this appointment around my schedule to be sure that my pup gets his medical attention. Not only did they refuse my dog for his Booster shots but, they also denied him his flea, tick & heart worm medication because “he never been to this location.” This is horrible seeing that my dog is always traveling with me. I can’t just stop at the drop of a dime to bring my dog to the Vet. I literally had this planned & scheduled within my availability. So now I am forced to spend $58 again on the 6-1 canine shots & have to do the follow up shots once again which will be more money. They didn’t even want to take my pup in for anything. This is a horrible location & I will never return here.

Today I ordered at 9:30am I’m just picking up at 7:30pm and my order is not ready. This is ridiculous! Not only that now they don’t have the dog pads I need! If they would have got my stuff ready when I ordered this morning at 9:30am I would have gotten the pads because they were available when I purchased them this morning! I do not recommend this Petco.
