June 13 · Tilly LoThere was a time when this Petco location was decent, but that’s no longer the case anymore as I quickly found out when I had gone to help a family member return a collapsible dog crate on Sunday 6/8/25. On the day prior this relative of mine had temporarily lost her receipt 🧾 and both she and I mistakenly thought that we could return the item w/o the paper (by looking it up in their computer system) boy was that a mistake 🙄 so thinking we wouldn’t find the receipt again we just returned / donated the item (unopened box) the day prior since we were given this song and dance that it took to long to look up the purchase etc.Alright so fast forward to Sunday & (the next afternoon) I luckily found the missing receipt and thought 💭 hopefully they’ll refund my relatives money (even though we didn’t have the said item anymore). Talk about an experience that was a pain in the ass 😠😑 instead of being told “no problem sir I’ll be happy to help you w/ your refund” instead I being treated rudely by an employee who had no idea on how to fix the problem and acted like I was trying to deceive him (as though the 🧾 was phony or something). So thankfully another employee had recognized me from the previous day and decided to assist of course only after having said “if we can find it in the stock room” - Which had me like what ? If you can find it…🤨😠 So after around 20 minutes or so and explaining again (literally pointing out the same exact model on a nearby shelf) the clueless / rude cashier finally agreed to look up and credit back the amount back to my relatives Mastercard. In closing I’ll never come back to this location ever again both the atmosphere and attitude of the employees are rude & sloppy ! Whomever owns or manages this franchise’s location should teach/ train the limited staff they have some better “Customer Service Skills” (along with manners 🤨) before your customer traffic slows to a halt as I’m sure that I not the first customer to have received such piss poor service !
June 09 · G FerrerAfter countless disappointing experiences, we’re done with this Petco location. We booked two back-to-back dog grooming appointments 8 weeks ago, but they were incorrectly spaced out. Despite confirming, we arrived to find the groomer late (again) and another appointment placed between ours. The manager, Melissa, was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout.We received a text that our second dog was done, but when we arrived, he was still being groomed, and our first dog was "complete" (Schnauzer - his beard was completely uneven and he had a bleeding cut on his neck). The one being groomed wasn’t finished due to the groomer needing a break for low blood sugar — just 15 minutes before she was supposedly done (but she was walking to chick-fil-a to get food).We were asked to pay prior to our dogs being complete. No refund was offered, and we had to leave with both dogs half-groomed and terrified.The groomer is clearly overwhelmed and unsupported - and management is incompetent with customer service.A formal complaint with Petco corporate has been filed and we are pursuing a full refund (even though good customer service would have offered that up front).This location needs to close.

We are standing at the registers, where no one was to be seen, and she comes up from behind us yelling green box, green box, green box, when I finally realize she is speaking to us to move registers. She never said hello, how are you, have a nice night. She needs a customer service class. I am a manager and if my employees spoke to a customer like she did me, I would fire them.
