★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1On the contrary, for this to be me and my baby’s first time here Despite all of the negative feedback, I can honestly say I had a wonderful experience! my baby Ashton had to go for a full medical grooming, and also he went for his dental cleaning, and I am very pleased with his service that he received. The first time he was medically groomed, he was shaved bald to his skin in Florida. Whereas I took Ashton two times in New York and they did not shave him completely bald which I am thankful and very happy for that. First, one of the Receptionists called me a day before to inform me that the doctor would be in a little later than the drop off time that was scheduled for my baby. Secondly, I got to the appointment. My baby was seen I would say Roughly 20 minutes into the time that we were waiting there. Next, the doctor, the nurses, the receptionists were all Very helpful, informative and made my baby as well as myself feel very welcomed and comfortable. Also, they were very understanding to his anxiety which he suffers from by being manhandled in a Florida Vetco by a Vetco employee not the Vet nor the Vet’s assistant. The staff was very patient with my baby. I would like to personally thank The whole Banfield team that serviced my baby Today(6/27/24) I am very grateful, thankful, and appreciative of what you ladies and gentlemen did today to make sure my My baby had a first wonderful experience thank you again!!!!! I will be making this Ashton’s preferred clinic.. The last 2 pics are from when Ashton was medically groomed in Florida’s Banfield.
June 27 · Ash⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I take my dogs to Banfield in Pelahm, and they are always treated so well. I love how attentive and caring both the nurses and doctors are. You can really tell they love what they do. They always explain everything clearly and make me feel confident that my pets are in good hands. I highly recommend them!
July 28 · Nathalia VallejoIt’s one of the most pleasant animal stories I’ve visited. From front to back, the whole stuff are all awesome workers! Especially my grooming guy Jerry. He’s soo sweet and does a great job on my dog lucky. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
July 31 · Belen FloresThe team and doctor A took care of my molly. I was so nervous but they kept me and my fiance updated. If I didn’t answer they called my fiance right away and she answered. I love the banfield team
June 30 · Destiny EscobarFrom my experience at the Pelham Manor Banfield visit, I’m highly disappointed and feel very disrespected. First, my arrival at the store at 8am was horrible as the door were closed although the hours listed outside stated open at 8 for Banfield services. PetSmart employees passed by and ignored my knocks on the glass door. Finally a custodian opened the door to let me know it was closed and when I confirmed my appointment I was allowed to enter. The front desk worker was okay at first and let me know that I was scheduled for a drop off appointment and I couldn’t be present in the room while they worked on my cat. I appreciated this explanation as I was unsure what a drop off meant from your app. The female technician shortly called out my pet’s name and calmed my anxiety after sharing that she has numerous cats at home. She reassured me that my cat was going to be taken care of She also noted that the veterinarian wouldn’t arrive until 10am which surprised me because this was a major delay in my day Nevertheless, I left my cat in good faith and went across the street to ShopRite. I strolled every isle in hopes that they would be finished upon my return to Banfield.I returned by to Banfield by 10:45am and waited again to speak with the front desk clerk who was assisting another customer. I asked a male technician to provide the status for my cat. He returned and shared that they were working on my cat so I waited until 11:10-15am to ask if she was finished with the procedure. By this time I had to ask the front desk worker to check on the status. He stared at his computer and never provided an update so I approached his desk to ask again. He told me that there are other animals that were still being worked on and that was the point for drop off that they would call me when the procedures were completed. I did not appreciate his tone which was becoming disrespectful at this point. He went on to explain that drop off can be from as early as 8:30am to a pick up as late as 1pm. That’s why we would call you when it was completed. I shared what the male technician said my cat was being worked on 15 minutes ago. It was a shot and nail trimmings that should not be a grueling task. He let me know in an unprofessional manner that there are other animals being worked on and my cat was in line to be serviced. I shared if she received her shot thus far, to cancel the nail trimming so I can go on with my day He ended our uncomfortable conversation with asking me if I wanted my cat returned. I immediately said yes. He returned with my cat and with a dismissive tone told me with take care.As a person who works daily in public service, I did not feel respected nor appreciated by this desk clerk and I was also lied to from the male technician. Working in customer service means to never to speak down to clients but to try to reassure the process without an attitude. Because of this negative experience, I will no longer frequent your organization again. I do not like drop off services as this makes me feel uncomfortable leaving my cat who is my extended family member at a place for hours of a time for a simple procedure around barking dogs. I also do not appreciate making an appointment that did not reflect the veterinarians working hours. It brings unnecessary stress to my cat who was traumatized with this experience at Banfield. I have deleted Banfield app nor recommend business.
