★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It’s really nice to go to a vet that’s just focused on cats. We’ve seen various doctors with our cats and they have all been good. We are first time cat owners and our cats are young without very serious health issues. They have been helpful for our boy’s URI, allergic reaction, and house soiling issue.Getting medications has been fairly easy, they are efficient at filling them whenever you choose. All the front desk staff have been caring and seem to love cats. We haven’t experienced any long wait times at the office. The lobby can get quite crowded and I would prefer increased ventilation of the lobby and exam rooms and some air purifiers to keep the guests, patients, and staff safe and comfortable. Other than this, the office and restroom are clean and in good shape.
February 13 · A NSeriously the best. Such cat people here that I almost feel like a fraud and I have 3 of my own. They've always found ways to get us on the schedule, take their time when you're there, and are so kind. Just a bunch of genuine cat people who want the best for all the babies. Worth the drive for us.
August 09 · Rebecca CorderoI had such a great first experience at this facility 😽 My cat got carsick on the drive over and when I mentioned it, the staff immediately offered to clean her up. The check in process was quick and easy, the exam was low stress, all of my questions were answered, I got a refill on my spicy kitty’s sedatives, and scheduled her big butt for a groom. I LOVE that all of this can be done in one place and that every one of the staff members was so efficient and pleasant! The prices were also incredibly reasonable in my opinion. I’m looking forward to bringing Myrtle back for her spa day!
April 30 · Kirsten NorrisIf you own a cat with a health problem of any type please take them here. This is the best vet I have ever taken my cat to. I drive my cat from Irvine just to be seen here. I went to other vets that told me my cat couldn't be treated (he had FIP). We were recommended by a friend to the cat care clinic and our kitten is now symptom free and off all treatments.
May 25 · John SchombergThe veterinarians are great, and spend sufficient time examining and explaining any treatments, but I did have an issue with boarding my cat. I felt I was overcharged. After my review I was contacted and given credit for the overcharge. I definitely feel better that someone listened.
