★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Came in with my pug after he got into chocolate and showed signs of chocolate toxicity. The staff very quickly took him back and got started on care and inducing vomiting. We saw the vet, Dr. Moore, pretty quickly once he went back. He was very kind and patient in explaining our dog’s prognosis and what to expect from treatment and put us at ease.Based on his symptoms, the Dr. Moore recommended overnight monitoring. He acknowledged this can be expensive and offered to come up with alternative plans if the overnight hospitalization was not financially feasible (luckily we could afford it so we didn’t look at the other options). A lot of reviews here talk about them only caring about money, but I didn’t get that impression at all; they’re very thorough in going over the costs so there are no surprises, but they also understand financial realities. They got busier once our dog was already getting care, so there was some waiting for our final estimate. The tech was nice enough to give us an update and just let us know some critical patients had come in and they’d be with us when they could-we saw the techs and the vet moving quickly between the patient rooms, clearly doing the best they could to quickly attend to everyone. Our wait was not from lack of effort on the staff’s end.Our boy came home seeming almost 100% back to normal, if not a little tired from the stress of everything he went through (he hates going to the vet). We had thorough aftercare instructions and appreciate everything Dr. Moore and the techs did to take care of him!
June 04 · Jamie T.My German Shepard’s health was declining rapidly so I was in a rush trying to find a hospital most places were closed or only taking “appointment” emergencies and I came across this hospital. We headed straight there and waited no more than 2 minutes to be attended, they got a gurney for my dog right away and took her to get checked in for consultation. Súper lovely staff and very compassionate of our situation. There was very little we were able to do in regard to our pet but the staff gave us multiple options and advice on our situation. They gave us plenty of time and privacy to discuss our options and were very helpful with providing financing and other options of payment as well. Very informative and in no way pressuring a decision on us. They were very clear that we were able to leave without further actions if that is what we wished. Unfortunately we did come to a decision to put down our fur baby but the staff made it a very smooth process considering what a gloomy situation it was. They were so kind, giving us as much time as we wanted before we were ready to continue. They even brought in bedding for us to lay with our pup comfortably on the floor (she is a bigger dog). The doctor was with us in her final moments providing comfort. reassuring us that she would no longer be suffering and lived a happy life. This was very kind of him to do during that moment seeing we were an emotional mess. They gave us more time with her after the process was over and even let us take home some of her fur for her memory box. Once we were ready to leave they took our baby away very respectfully and were extremely considerate of our loss. About a week later we received a handwritten card in the mail from the hospital sending their condolences for our baby’s passing. It really says a lot about their care and support to go out of their way to provide comfort even after our patient-hospital interaction ended. This and their quality of care won us over. We will definitely be returning with them if we encounter any emergencies in the future. I would recommend this hospital to anyone looking to get their fur baby help in times of need.
May 10 · Kary ReyesStopped in at 12:30AM on a Friday for my dog who had an infected anal gland that was getting rapidly worse. Check in process was smooth but the wait time was about 1.5hr to get examined (they were busy with a pug ahead of us). They were very kind, informative and professional. The prices were reasonable, especially for an emergency visit. Would come back here again!
August 05 · J PI do not know why people are giving this place such bad ratings. This type of service isn't exactly easy and simple. I should expect to have to pay great sum and have to wait. These people took my dog in at 2am after she was stabilized in another urgent care facility. She was a small dog that got bit by a bigger dog 10x her size. She endured a puncture in her lower abdomen damaging her internal organs and leading her to lose a lot of blood. It was pretty bad. She had to undergo surgery and a few days of stay. It was expensive without insurance, but it is what it is. What matters is that my dog is back home and well.Shoutout to the Crossroads Animal Emergency team!
August 02 · Mark GalangIf you have an emergency with your pet bring them here!! Twice I've had emergency injuries with my elder dogs leg. One 6 years ago and one this week. 6 years ago this hospital was the closest place that was open at 1 am that's why I went there, I couldn't have been happier with my choice they took excellent care of my dog. I've since moved and still drove 45 minutes to take him back here when he injured himself again because I knew they would take excellent care of my dog and they did. Every staff member I dealt with from the receptionist to the Doctor were amazing, polite, caring and professional.
