★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been bringing my dog here for years. They keep the lobby and patient rooms sanitized and clean. Booking through text is convenient. Little to no wait time when you arrive for your appointment. The front desk receptionists and vet technicians are very friendly and always respectful. Compared to other vets I've been to around the area, their prices here are the most affordable.
July 01 · Sarah RochaThis is the best vet I’ve been to! My pets are never anxious here! Dr. Park is a great doctor! The staff is great and always friendly. Our pets have always felt comfortable. Dr. Park always listens to your concerns and respects your decisions. They’re easy to contact and always keeps you updated on your pet and their test results. Dr. Park is thorough when examining our pets and doesn’t push any unnecessary medication. Their prices are reasonable too which is one of the many reasons why I love this vet! You can also contact them through texting to making an appointment or discuss any issues your pet has! This has been super easy and such a great feature they do!
August 12 · Christina LunaGreat service and very attentive with competitive pricing. We are new cat owners and they walked us through everything. They also have a text service for any questions you have which is very helpful! Recommended to all our pet owner friends and they have all loved them.
April 13 · Geo TanCourteous staff, highly experienced Vet. I love that they take you're pet into a room immediately after you check in. No long waits. No rushing or fussing. Excellent care and treatment. Highly recommend 🫶
May 23 · Maricruz GarciaThis vet is great! My dog had surgery here in January to get 2 large lipomas removed. The surgery went good and my dog has fully recovered and is doing great. I had initially went here to get another opinion on what to do about the lipomas my dog had for some years now. The first vet I went to (Imperial Animal Hospital) took one look at him and said he's too old, it's too late to do anything. My dog was 10! Now 11 and happier and healthier than ever. That vet wasn't too kind or helpful when talking about my dog. The whole interaction felt very transactional like he was trying to get us in and out as soon as possible. The second vet I went to said yup let's do surgery as soon as possible. They quoted me almost 12 thousand dollars to do everything! That included removal of growths, biopsies, anaesthesia. I didn't know any better and was ready to agree and just get it done there too. Luckily I decided to get yet another opinion at a different vet, here, Norwalk Animal hospital. Dr. Park was very friendly and informative when seeing us. He informed us on our possible next steps and what to expect. He is the first vet to suggest getting a biopsy first to see exactly what we were dealing with, then if all was well he can do surgery. The quote to do all of that was somewhere around 2k, give or take a few hundred. 5 times less than the previous vet had quoted! The previous vet must have seen the desperation in my eyes I guess and wanted to get as much out of me as possible. I'm so glad I decided to check out Norwalk Animal hospital. I went with them to do the surgery and now they are my main veterinarian I go to for my dog! The Dr's and staff there are super nice and helpful. And the prices are good for all they do. Thank you Norwalk Animal Hospital! Bonus pic of Champ, now lipoma free!
