★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had to bring little Chewie in for his shots. The ladies were very attentive and understanding to his needs. He was distracted by a tech and the other gave him his shot-with no problems
June 18 · Shannissa XI was bringing my 2 dogs to the Petco in Latham, NY for vaccinations. One of the dogs is recently adopted and still new to me. The girl who checked me in (I really wish I got her name!) was phenomenal and helped me figure out which dog needed which vaccines, and scheduled a follow-up for boosters. She could not have been more helpful. The techs were wonderful too (again, wish I got their names) and very good with my dogs. I have been bringing my first dog to Petco for vaccines for years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had yet. Edit to add the date/time of the visit so maybe they can identify these staff: 2/27/25 around 6pm
February 28 · AmandaI brought two dogs for vaccinations. The prices were extremely reasonable and I was in and out very quickly and the vet and staff were so kind and caring to my dogs. They did a great job and will definitely continue to use these services.
February 14 · Janet MurrayI'm only giving 3 stars for the fact that I was able to get in earlier than my own vet.The lack of direction and signage left myself and other customers wandering around Petco wondering where we were supposed to be.The staff was pleasant enough but the set up was basically just a back room stuck in a corner. The cost seemed reasonable especially on the short notice that I had to get my pet in. I believe I booked a week in advance when my vet was not able to get me in for 3 weeks.Overall, decent but use your own vet if possible.
July 10 · Nexo MikeExcellent service and fast rabies vaccination clinic!
