★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I bring my pup to this amazing vet clinic, where the service is top-notch, so please find another place for your pet’s needs. I don’t want longer waits for their caring and transparent care! They’re always busy but somehow manage my quirky requests perfectly. If you absolutely must come for their exceptional pet care, we can share the wait in the reception area.
June 30 · Joseph KangI'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this vet, where my dog has been a patient for 12 years. I was charged $89 for a 'regular consultation,' but the vet couldn't even hear my dog's heartbeat! How can you charge a full visit fee while providing incomplete service? We were there because of my dog's coughing, a common issue in Pomeranians known as collapsed trachea. The vet recommended a full blood panel and X-rays costing $945. Seriously? I called another vet while still in the room and found out a full blood panel there would only be $150.To top it off, the receptionist was incredibly rude and insensitive; I had to greet them first! While the doctor wasn't rude, charging for a full consultation when they couldn't even hear my dog's heartbeat is absurd. From other reviews on here, I’m not the only one with this expiring. Please, do yourself and your pet a favor and don't come here.
July 07 · Elizabeth NavarreteDo not use this hospital. the front desk a girl who is very rude and doesn't know how to serve their customers. I have been used this hospital many years and I felt like they are not uneducated people, which mean they never learned how to treat their visitors. I rather recommend Vermont pet hospital that the front desk crews are very nice and willing help even without appointment. the park lot is very big, inside is very clean and reasonable charge. I don't ever go this one anymore.
June 18 · Daniel JungI’ve been coming here for a year, my cat has end stage renal failure and I like this vet, $80 for visit and $200 for blood work . I buy IV fluids from chewy. The front desk girls are nice and friendly and I have no complaints about the three different vets we’ve seen there
June 30 · paddington bearI’ve been coming here for almost 10 years now, and I really want to support a fellow Korean and family owned local small business. Unfortunately I feel disappointed with my recent visit with Dr. Kwon, who I believe is the owner of this hospital.I brought my pet in for a routine check up, and I came with some questions. I think Dr. Kwon stayed for 3-5 minutes. He wasn’t rude in his tone, but his words were very short. Like when he suggested surgery, I asked if he does it here. He said “no I don’t do it anymore.” I asked, “where should I go then?” He replied, “a surgeon.”Honestly, what kind of answer is that…? Of course I know to go to a surgeon for surgery. I asked, “do you have any referrals?” He said, “ortho. An ortho surgeon.” I felt so so frustrated. It’s crazy to think I could get better answers with chatGPT than my primary vet, but it was true in this instance.I paid $80+ to have a vet have one foot out the door while I ask him questions about the vaccines ordered for today. I stopped asking anything else because it was abundantly clear he didn’t want to engage in any more conversation.I have been here many other times with the other vets, and I believe one of them is his daughter. I always thought she was very kind and patient. I have not interacted with Dr. Kwon much, so I was pretty shocked by this experience.I understand it’s busy and stressful. I can see that the staff work very hard. That’s why I liked coming here. But I think you owe it to your clients with just a litttttle more effort.
