★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Was going there for years for various pets.I started noticing doctors not showing up to work so appointments would get canceled or the clinic would just not open. Nobody would show up to open the clinic.Once I started going to another vet I saw how much Washington dog and pet had been overcharging clients with bogus items on bills and overpriced services.Love the new vet I'm going to and so much cheaper now!
July 26 · Leslie AvalosHave been going here for almost a decade. No longer going here because I’ve found a new vet as apparently this one has shut down out of no where. I have called at least 20 times. We’ve driven here, there are no cars and the lights are all off, even though it says open on google maps. I can’t even get my pets vaccinations at a new vet because I CANT GET HIS FILES FROM THIS ONE. I have left voicemails, I’ve even had my new vet call and leave voicemails hoping to get my pets files, and nothing. Unbelievable.Update after response: Totally useless. Seems the automated response bot is just responding with the businesses number and website, as if we haven’t been calling that number. Just ridiculous. Also the vet Dr.Amos informed me that they could not do anything about a growth on my dogs paw. One year later and that growth has expanded to 3 times the size and now is a much bigger problem than needed to be, and this vet is nowhere to be found. DO NOT GO HERE.
May 09 · MichelleI had been going here for years for my dog, and they closed out of nowhere, with no warning. Could not renew my dog’s prescriptions nor retrieve medical records. Extremely strange that they continue to pay for an email service that keeps reminding us to come in yet they are closed. And clearly they are also still paying for their website and for some kind of Google review bot to auto-reply to these negative reviews. I cannot fathom why they could not send a simple email to their customers to explain the situation. Are they being sued or investigated? Nothing else could explain such unprofessionalism.
June 07 · Jane DoeI keep getting texts and email reminders about my dog’s due vacation. I made an appointment to go since they kept insisting just to go and find out that they have been closed for weeks! To this day I still get the email reminders. I already found a new vet. They should’ve sent emails to all their clients letting them know about the clinic closing. This is definitely and inconvenience to many
March 23 · Katherine HernandezGuess they went out of biz and disappeared? Cant get records for my pet now. What gives?Update after their response: That is lies. That is the number we *all* have been calling repeatedly. They *just* added a note in front of the website that says “temporarily closed” in the last 48 hours… So Why are you telling people to call you then? This is extremely strange and unprofessional.
