★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently took my precious poodle to this pet groomer, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They provided a full grooming service, and my fur baby looks absolutely stunning! The attention to detail and care they put into their work is truly remarkable. The value for the price paid is exceptional. I'll be returning for all my pet grooming needs without a doubt.
December 31 · Kerry LoisThe staff are so friendly, the place is neat and clean. The doctor and her staff explained everything so well. My puppy was nervous, but the visit went great.
April 08 · Rechell Borres Jardinaso TuplanoJust want to be clear. Doctors and staff are amazing here BUT the Care Package they market to you is NOT worth it.This location is constantly over-booked with not enough staff. Appointments are constantly being pushed back and there is no regard for being in a Care Package. If you want to cancel out during the year they will charge you the non discounted rate for the services and all appointments you have already had.Go to another location or vet that actually wants to honor your appointments and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for a package they don’t “care” for.
September 27 · C JWe absolutely love VCA Chatsworth. We started coming here when we took over ownership of my husbands grandmas 16 yr old blind and deaf dog. Dr Schneider took the time to listen to our concerns and explain what we could do to help our aging senior boy. I couldn’t believe how kind and caring he was.We ended up rescuing a cute little street mutt who seems to always have little health issues here and there but we knew we have a fantastic vet in our corner. Dr Schneider is personable, well educated in all health issues, caring, and genuinely cares about your pet and their well being. The front desk staff is also so sweet and kind and HAPPY! We seriously love everything about this hospital. Everyone in here cares, and they are honest with treatment and concerns. We will always be clients of DR SCHNEIDER!!!!!!
February 10 · Emma SchwimleyI warn anyone considering to come here. This place is not very honest and the Vet only cares about racking up bills and maximizing their profits than they do about your pet and about honesty. I have been a customer of VCA for many years and unfortunately my pet had an emergency and this was our first time coming here as they were the only place that could see her same day. Upon arrival I was told by the Vet at this location she needed to run bloodwork on my dog for any medication considerations and X-rays to determine issues.1) After running bloodwork and X-rays I was told I would need to pay additional money to have the x rays interpreted as she was unable to interpret. I was then told my dog needed to see a specialist. Once at the specialist. The specialist requested the exams from VCA.2) When I called VCA for exams ran earlier in the day they told me the bloodwork would take 2-3 days to come over. The sole reason the Vet requested bloodwork originally was for medication considerations and without bloodwork results she went ahead and prescribed medications anyway.Sadly despite numerous requests to the VCA office they never sent the exams to the specialist. I ended up having to pay for exams as my dog was having an emergency.3)The following day the Vet told me she felt my dog’s issues would require a specialist the moment she walked in and heard her coughing without any diagnostic. If she was an honest Vet she would have told me up front that we needed to go somewhere else but instead she racked up a huge bill for me, was not very helpful with the documents and was not very honest about the clinic or her capabilities. Avoid this place.
