★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I cannot say enough about the vet and her staff. I took my beloved cat there for an evaluation. I knew he was failing. After an examination, we knew that my cat was untreatable and had to be euthanized. The doctor and her assistants helped me through this traumatic situation. They treated me and my cat so well. Thank you girls so much for helping me with Mylo.
August 06 · Anthony BI can’t thank the team at Wellington Circle enough for the incredible care they provided to my cat, Chloe, especially during her final months. The entire staff was compassionate, patient, and deeply supportive through a very emotional time for me. The kindness and clarity the team showed made an overwhelming process feel a little more bearable. When the time came to say goodbye, they created such a peaceful, respectful environment. I truly believe Chloe felt safe and loved in her final moments, and that means the world to me. It's rare to find people who balance professionalism with genuine heart so well, and that’s exactly what they do here. I'm so grateful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future or recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares.
April 28 · Kerry HoranI stopped in to get medication for my dog, who has a history of seasonal allergies. Despite having a record of past treatments, I was denied a refill of his necessary medication to nip before it escalated. I was informed that I needed to bring him in for blood work before they could administer the medication, and they didn’t have a vet there until Tuesday which seemed odd and unnecessary given his documented history and I never had to do that before.Additionally, the facility operates more like a shot center than a full-service vet, as several pet owners were misled into thinking they could receive standard vet services and were turned away on the phone. I ended up traveling two hours to my previous vet, who promptly provided the prescription without hesitation. They couldn’t believe that a veterinarian clinic didn’t even recommend an over the counter med to hold him over.
July 15 · Darlene StoutWe started coming to Wellington Circle Vet when we moved to Medford and it’s been the best vet experience we’ve ever had. We’ve seen multiple doctors here and they’ve all been super nice, helpful, and great with our somewhat nervous pups. The techs are all amazing, too. Niketa (sorry if I’m butchering spelling here!) is our more nervous dogs favorite person there. It’s such a relief to have a vet that cares about our dogs and just does an awesome job all around. We’re super thankful to everyone here and the love and compassion they bring to their patients and their patients people! Couldn’t ask for a better place to bring our pups.
March 10 · Courtney McSweeneyThis facility has odd practices regarding medication distribution. It's like they are trying to hold you hostage. My dog has diabetes. She must have insulin. It's not an option. This vet for months refused to provide a reoccurring Rx for insulin for my dog. They would only do 1 month at a time, which caused delays in receipt of the insulin/delay of treatment as the pharmacy wouldn't keep insulin in stock unless I had a recurring Rx. I explained the risk of lack of Insulin to the vet and they promised me a recurring Rx for 6 months. However, the front desk only did 3 months, and I discovered this because once again my pharmacy did not have humulin in stock over the holiday weekend. At my aptmt for my dogs allergy meds, I was informed once again that they can only do 1 month Rx for insulin. It is clear that there are communication breakdowns at this site between the staff. They make it very challenging for my dog to receive timely required medications. Additionally, despite conversation regarding my pets amount of Insulin intake with the vet, the information was consistently missing from the notes. This lack of documentation has led to confusion regarding my dogs needs. I give three stars because the vets at this clinic are great. The pitfall is the front desk incompetence and overall poor management of this vet clinic. If you are willing to constantly deal with the statement "let me talk to my manager to renew your dogs essential medications" this is the right place for you.
