★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Chestnut Hill staff are all so wonderful, especially with my fearful pup. We have been coming here since Sage was a puppy and I must say recently have even been more happy with the staff! Jason and Devon are so good with her, and their patience, calm demeanor, and knowledge of Sage is so appreciated every time I come in. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you for caring for her.
June 26 · Kaitlyn RThe doctors and staff are incredibly kind and soft with your animal. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and knew it was a safe space where my pet could comfortably get treated. My appointment started right on time and my cat was able to explore the waiting room for a little. The doctor himself took his time checking my cat to make sure she wasn’t in distress and explained her issue to me in every detail so I wouldn’t be left worrying. The nurse did an amazing job as well and provided strong and comforting support to my cat.I can’t recommend Bondvet enough, I’ve been to two locations and each time my experience has been a 10/10.
July 19 · Christian RomanGood vet, but- I have been waiting to deliver a morning urine sample for half an hour now. Business hours everywhere say they should be open and I took a morning off of work to make sure the testing was well done and timely. But now nobody is here, I have a cup of urine, I’m late for work. Why emphasize the importance of a first thing in the morning urine sample and not say it’s possible there won’t be staff here to collect it?
August 19 · Julia DiazWe love Bond Vet in Chestnut Hill! Everyone on the staff is wonderful, but Dr. Jason is our favorite. He’s so kind and caring, and he took great care of our cat when she had a laceration that needed mending. We also love how easy it is to book on the Bond app, how responsive the team is if we have any questions, and the fact that we can make appointments for Saturdays. We highly recommend the team here!
May 23 · Amy CarlinoDr. Labes is amazing! He was so funny, kind, and so patient with my cat (she was putting on a whole show) and he showed nothing but kindness and patience for her. He was so thorough in his physical examination of her and in his explanations of his findings and recommendations. He really made me feel comfortable with his care with her. Truly a god send. Lindsey was also incredible! She was so sweet and funny and explained next steps for us very clearly and found a great solution for a water treatment so we didn’t have to make multiple trips or deal with the headache of finding it on our own (and risking potential counterfeits). The woman at the desk was also so sweet and kind. Honestly the whole experience was nothing short of incredible. I love Bond Vet and we’ve been taking my cat here for about three years now and they never fail to provide high quality care. But today was hands down the best visit. Thank you BV Team!!!!!
