Choosing Orange County Emergency Pet Clinic is a decision that puts your pet's life and well-being in the hands of compassionate experts. The genuine testimonials from real customers are a powerful reflection of the clinic's core values. The review from a client who had to say goodbye to their dog highlights the exceptional level of emotional support provided by the staff, particularly a front desk team member named Ariana. Her thoughtful actions during a profoundly difficult time—offering vials of fur and paw prints—demonstrate a level of empathy that goes far beyond the standard of care. This story is a testament to the clinic’s understanding that their role extends to supporting the entire family, not just the animal patient.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1On June 15, 2025 I went in to put my dog to sleep. Ariana at the front desk was very helpful in guiding my family and I on this rough day. She took even took the initiative to offer my family and I vials of my dog’s fur and ink paw prints. As it was tough for me to let go of my little boy, the staff assured me I was doing the right thing and putting him first. This clinic is more expensive than other places but just a reminder it is an emergency pet clinic so prices were expected to be higher. I appreciated the care Ariana extended to us and that’s what made me leave this review.
June 17 · Xitlali GracidaDr Campos is a God send and a true miracle worker. I have never seen this kind of skill, knowledge, know-how and competence from any other vet. He has likely saved my dog's life from a huge abscess that formed near my dogs throat and in his cheek. His level of care, explanation, time spent with us and extreme professionalism are unmatched. It has been one of the roughest weeks of my life and you were my Actual angel. Thank you doesn't begin to express my gratitude to the clinic, staff and most especially to Dr. Campos.
June 02 · Charis DVery impressed and appreciative for the care and patience of the staff, Betty at the front was friendly and attentive, helped my daughter find a movie on disney plus to watch. Dr.Lee was patient and kind as well as the red head assistant in the back I didn’t get her name. My ONLY complaint was the wait but I get it at an emergency clinic we aren’t the only ones with an issue there. I highly recommend this location. Sophie was in good hands
July 19 · Ashley LugoMy dogs ear was bleeding due to a dog bite. It bleed a lot. My dog was not seen for hours. I paid 125 for them to just send me home with antibiotics and pain medicine. Not even a let me clean the wind for you.If priority is the more ill then maybe don’t change 125 per emergency. Lower it to 80.The wanted to keep my dog over night so he can perform surgery on him the next day. God knows when they were going to perform that surgery.I would have been satisfied but he didn’t even try to help my pet. All they see if how to squeeze money out of you.At least clean his ear. This is how I brought my dog in. A bloody dog isn’t priority!?
June 21 · Ivonne GarciaMy dog got hit by a car. They took her back quickly and she made it. X-rays and pain meds etc for only 1,275!! Excellent price for emergency services can't recommend enough. Super nice snack area for those in the worst time of their lives. Highly appreciated!
