My order came in perfectly. It was packed exceptionally well and all the items were way before the expiration date. The prices were beyond reasonable too!! I had a question and they responded within a day and a half. These people are extremely honest when it comes to shipping when they say it will take x amount of days most likely it will. They're shipping may be a little on the slow side for some people but if you want good quality service and people that will answer your questions these are the people to go through. I definitely will order from them again. Thank you pet Life for such awesome service !!!!!
July 10 · RabbitmanThis store is a rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I place an order of aquarium supplies on March 3rd. After calling and no one answered and being on hold for 45 minutes, i decided to email customer support. They said the package was lost in transit. Why the used Amazon for shipping I’m not understanding. I requested they cancel my order. All of a sudden the shipment was found only to arrive 18 days after the initial order. Amazon attempted delivery on the 21st and I refused the delivery. I emailed Pet Life support and they said they could not refund my money until they received the package. THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL! I ended up losing a fish because I needed the product ordered. Ordered what I needed from Amazon and received it the next day. My other mistake is ordering through “Shop” app who offers no assistance or protection. NEVER AGAIN! 23 days later and I’m still fighting for my refund. Calling my card company next!

I was using a local feed store for my almost 11 year old dogs food for nearly 2 years, when they suddenly stopped carrying it, because they said the increase in price was too much for them. That left our girl in desperate need of a new place to provide her food. I am so incredibly grateful I chose Pet Life to shop with. Not only do they carry her food, it has a much later expiration date than we'd ever seen. It was crazy seeing the difference, and to the point my dog got excited for feedings again. She requires a minimum ingredient food because of allergies, and Nutrisource pure vita turkey stew dog food in the cartons is what she eats.. Pet Life shipped quickly, and I look forward to a continuing relationship with their company.

I paid for extra for priority shipping, never received my order, no reply to my emails!The health of my fish depended on these parts. I had to reorder everything from Amazon and pay more but I got my stuff next morning.I went to USPS with the tracking info, they haven't even received the box yet.. What a joke of a business! I can only assume I'll never see a refund.
January 22 · Steven ConradPlaced an order with petlife at the end of September an item which was listed in stock at the time on their website. I had used my apple pay for this order which was set to the wring address. I emailed pet life asking them to make the change, and they replied the next day confirming the change.The next week, this still had not shipped. I sent an email asking for status update, to which they replied and stated the item would ship at the end of the next week, 3 weeks after the order was placed.The order did not ship when they advised, and it ultimately took 1 month for them to ship a stock item. After shipment is where the real problems began.I never received my order, FedEx damaged it in transit and never attempted delivery. As soon as I got notification from FedEx I contacted pet life asking for next steps. They answered my email and stated they would get back to me soon. They never got back to me. I spent the next month trying to contact them multiple times. They did not answer and emails, or phone calls.After a month if trying, I decided to submit a BBB complaint to see if pet life would respond to someone else. Pet Life did not reply to the BBB after 2 attempts so they closed the case without resolution.I have now submitted a credit card dispute as the only way of getting my money back for an item I never received and will likely never receive.Pet Life did answer communication at first, so considering they completely disappeared as soon as this issue happened would have to assume they did so intentionally and a scam is the only way I can really describe this.
