I arrived to the store and he was the first person I saw when I entered the store, again was very polite, professional, and eager to help I introduce myself as the person that just spoke to him on the phone And he had helped me confirm that they had what I was looking for! He pointed me in the right direction where I met Eli. Eli was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and professional! She took patient time with helping me make the right decision for my purchase, providing professional and personal expertise and knowledge to make sure that I got what I was looking for and then some! I will say that I have been to quite a few Petco's and other pet stores, but this experience was top-notch and Far beyond my expectations! Thank you, Eli and Nick for all your hard work and help! (The photo is a stock photo from Google, I felt as though providing part of what I purchased was important, even though I didn't take a photo of it firsthand!)

I was disappointed that there seemed to be every variety of Taste of the Wild except the flavor I needed: Rocky Mountain, feline recipe with venison & smoked salmon. It also was not available for ordering.

September 02 · Jarvis SmithBought a hamster from this location a few weeks ago and it is the friendliest hamster ever!! The staff are all super friendly and gave solid advice on how to care for him. They asked questions to confirm I had the correct tank set up and knew what his needs would be.Additionally, I was actually there at the same time as someone else who left a bad review regarding getting “sick” fish and saying that an employee was rude to them. I was the next aisle over and heard the whole interaction. The employee was very kind and when she attempted to confirm the information regarding tank set up the customer stated they had several types of fish that were NOT compatible with the “sick” fish. When the employee tried to educate them on it not being a good environment due to the aggressive nature of the other fish they already have establish, they (the customer) said it didn’t matter because per Petco policy it had to be taken back. He then raised his voice at her so she left to get a manager to handle to situation and he followed her to continue complaining that she was incorrect.

When I went back the next day to address the issue, an employee named Calina (or whatever) escalated the situation unnecessarily and raised her voice, blaming the condition of the fish on my other tank mates — even though I have no aggressive fish and have kept them peacefully for a long time.While they eventually accepted the return, the store manager sided with the employee’s attitude, which was unprofessional and dismissive. I’ve been a regular and receptive customer here, but after this experience — and seeing similar complaints in the reviews — I’ll be switching to Pet Supplies Plus.Beware: this location seems to have sick fish and even sicker customer service.
