Won’t purchase anything from here. Nobody should be selling Betta fish in tiny cups; it’s inhumane. Especially not a store that sells supplies for caring for animals. No animal should be treated like a disposable decoration, or sold at all

The cats that are for adoption are in a dirty cage, the sandbox was full of poop and the smell coming from the cage was unbearable.It is so sad because while the employees were talking and hanging out, that is okay, they could have been cleaning the sandbox and the cage as well. My husband and I brought attention to it talking to the employees, we hope they can start to clean the cats’s space and sandbox more often

My dog and I are obsessed with this store & the employees! The self dog wash is so affordable and they provide literally all of the supplies you’ll need. I can give my 90 pound lab a groomer-level bath for a fraction of the cost, and it’s fun to do with all their supplies! The employees are so helpful, and the other patrons using the dog wash are friendly & respectful. If you’re a first-timer, the employees will walk you through everything to make it easy, and the bath equipment always works really well. (The low cost of the bath also makes it easy to get your pup a toy/treat on the way out.)Also- special shoutout to the manager of the store who is always there, saying hello to the pets & running around to keep the store spotless. My pup & I appreciate you all for the hard work you put in!

The staff here are really nice and accommodating to our pups. We regularly bring our dogs there and use their self-service dog washing stations. They always have fresh towels and the water is the perfect warm temperature. They have several dog shampoo options including hypoallergenic, oatmeal, deodorizer, and shampoo with conditioner. Sometimes there’s a wait time but I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes. You can also prepay for dog baths and they give you a card that you show each time you return. You get one bath for free if you buy it at the time you give your dog a bath.Aside from their bath station, they have a wide array of pet food, treats, and other supplies. There’s always plenty of parking and the facility is clean. My dog accidentally did a messy #2 there and I was so embarrassed. I was trying to clean it up but the staff came to the rescue and didn’t make me feel like a pesky customer who couldn’t control my dog’s bowel movements. I was very grateful.

Love the folks here :) I order my cats' wet food from PSP just about every week and the staff is always helpful whenever they are out of a particular flavor (especially Hailey!). The handwritten note they send with delivery items is also a nice touch!
