★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We arrived around 2:30. We were admitted by 3:00 pm. We saw the doctor and told what they were going to do for treatment by 3:30 pm. At 4:50 pm I went to the front desk and said I think we were forgotten about. 15 minutes later a technician said that we were forgotten about and apologized and then explained the treatment plan and bill which was different than the doctor told us. 15 minutes later another person came in and went over an amended treatment plan. We waited another half hour and asked again if we were forgotten about. She said she would check. She never returned and It is now 6:20 and we are still waiting for the treatment. Service sucks.

July 20 · Brent DarlingWe brought our kitten in after his paw got caught in the fridge door as it closed. They waited until after we paid to say it'll be "a couple of hours" which was at around 6pm, the time the open. While we were there for the next 5 1/2 hours, we saw lots of others that came in after us go in front. We saw blood drip all over the floors and the front desk folks didn't seem to care. They let the blood sit there while they chatted and one of them showed off her new crocs. We asked at the 4 hour mark how much longer, they said it would be very soon because he was next on the list. I watched as other pets were admitted first still. After 90 minutes, enough was enough and we demanded a refund and left.We called ahead and they assured us that we definitely needed to go in, but they clearly didn't see it as a priority. Felt very skeevy and unprofessional, I'll find a different place to take my poor kitten. Somewhere they won't make him sit in a cage for 5 1/2 hours while he has to hold his business in.

July 02 · Andrew LambethVets were super knowledgeable and very helpful. We waited in the car for checkin, which was great. However I didn't expect a 2 1/2 hour wait in a room. My poor kitty was panicked the whole time. Would have definitely preferred to sit in the car with her.

October 03 · Carlos AraizaSo far it's a terrible experience, been waiting ever since they opened their doors at 6:00 p.m. this evening with a dog who is bleeding internally and choking on her own blood. Working on 3 hours of waiting and not one car has moved in or out of the parking lot. Will report back after my dog is admitted.
