★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My frenchie was transported by ambulance here in critical condition from a heat stroke last week. He was there for about 6 days. They were constantly sending me updates on him even throughout the night, which I really appreciated. It gave me a peace of mind knowing every step and results regarding him. The vets were honest about the severity of his injuries. The staff was extremely supportive and attentive, I loved everyone I interacted with. I was able to visit him everyday, never annoyed about the hours I would take up in a room. I am forever grateful for the time and energy they put into saving his life. I truly believe Izzy is home because of the constant monitoring and efforts they provided for him.
August 13 · Amanda GonzalezWas able to be seen and helped within a 3 hours. The vet was super friends my dog was very calm with her as she let my baby sniff her hands before hearing her heart. She even determined my dog has a possible heart murmur which I wasn’t even aware of or in there for that reason, this was super helpful to know and she gave me an estimate of when to see my regular vet. After she had me hold my dog while she put the dye in her eye to see what was causing the swelling and redness. Immediately determined it was an ulcer possibly due to shampoo getting in her eye at the groomers. We got the medication we needed and my baby is feeling better already.
August 26 · Eden ArnoldThis Emergency Veterinary Office is amazing! Soprofessional and also personable. I have to say they made my emergency visit so much easier than I’ve ever experienced. The staff are great! Truly caring and very knowledgeable. Great triage and follow up. Thanks you so much for helping Jake Cat after a feral cat attacked him. He is recovering nicely. 😻
