★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have been coming to Higland Village Animal Hospital since our dog Sage was about 6 months old & she’s 3 1/2 now. Have been very pleased with the staff during every visit. They are very caring, knowledgeable & patient. I had Sage spayed here and they healed two ear infections. Today we saw the Dr. for a lump on Sage and are waiting to get results back…. I feel like I’m in good hands at this veterinary hospital and you will too! Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of Sage!Update: We received the fine needle aspiration results back on Sages lump showing it was inflammation most likely from the shot they gave her for her ear infection a few weeks prior. We are so relieved it’s nothing serious. We appreciate that the Dr. was willing to do the extra testing that we requested to put our mind at ease.Update: We have a new puppy & we’re so grateful for the wonderful staff here! Got our puppies exam and shots done. Such a relief knowing our dogs are in such good care here.
June 11 · Lisamy cat has been so sick and I brought her here for a second opinion. Dr. Asaad was really amazing offering different options and explanations of what's happening. he recommended additional tests and treatment. I'm so grateful for his expertise and I feel so much better about the course of action we are taking.
September 02 · Nichole VesperI love this vet place. My British shorthair cat always feels the love everytime we come here. Dr. Asaad is such a great vet and really has a love for animals. I’ve never had an issue coming here from front office with Bridget or the assistants Alyssa and Jasmin, they are all wonderful. I would recommend coming here
June 21 · Jovalyn OngosI called regarding assistance getting my 1 year old labs spayed. I was asked why I didn’t get this done when they were 4-6 months. I told her it was because we were told you should wait until labs are a year old before spaying them to ensure their bones develop properly. She didn’t seem to care about this because it would have cost less to do this if they were younger. I guess she puts money above the well being of the animals, but I don’t.She said I couldn’t get assistance since I bought the dogs, which I can support under most circumstances; however, we purchased the dogs specifically to be trained as service dogs for my disabled kids (and we only paid for one -at a discounted price and were given the other for free- because the breeder helps families with obtaining service dogs even if they have financial limitations) but she wasn’t interested in listening, just in telling me what I did wrong.i did not argue or get upset, but I did I try to communicate to her that in the future it would be helpful if she listened instead of scolding the person calling for help, but she just cut me off and told me not to tell her how to talk and hung up on me.I wouldn’t go here now even if they could provide assistance because this woman was not able to show that she cares about animals or people. I sincerely hope this isn’t indicative of how they always handle their customers and animals, butI wouldn’t allow her to be involved in the care of my animals.
September 02 · MichelleThey killed our dog. Literally. They killed our dog, it was insanely expensive, and they charged for ‘CPR’ - when in-fact the CPR did nothing but just end our dog’s life. PLEASE do not go here. It’s the hospital that will worry moreover money, consider being money-hungry over an ANIMAL’S life — They did not once try to save our dog’s life and not even THIRTY minutes, he’s already gone. We’re completely devastated, please do not go here- go to another one if you have to. #LongLiveLeo🕊️
