Not great. I am a very long time client. Dr. Galea, had been our vet for 30 years, 8 dogs & a dozen cats. Culture has changed in the bus he founded. Prices continue to rise & service has become without concern, questionable & prohibitive of good affordable pet care. I won’t go into detail because I’m still hoping they will correct their business style or policy or whatever causes them to charge automatically to walk through the door without providing any medical insight .And I don’t want to pay with a credit card. I have great credit and I don’t need more debt. I need affordable prices and actual Medical care for the money spent. There’s a lot of money in the area increasing with property values, however, there are also Long time residents, from before LA was in demand, an aging population of permanent residents who’ve retired on a fixed income Especially here in Culver City, so this is insensitive & predatory.The tariffs haven’t hit yet. What will they charge then? Assuming we aren’t hiding in a bunker somewhere with the new administration’s war mongering & dissolving the world economies. Point is these are really hard times in the future is uncertain. I would love to see a little kindness.

I had a great experience at Sepulveda Animal Clinic. I took my dog, MAXY, for a bad eye infection. He was extremely uncomfortable,I called in the morning and lucky I was able to get a cancellation. The staff is very friendly and makes everything go smoothly.Dr Rogers was exceptional. She was extremely sweet and kind but covered all the details to make sure Maxy was treated properly. It’s now day 3 and his eye looks 100% better, thank you Dr Rogers.

Sepulveda Animal Hospital is so welcoming. As soon as we walked in, there was a sense of calm and attention. Dr. Rogers approached our kitty with much care and respect which made him feel very comfortable. She explained everything with much detail and we never felt rushed by her. We are so happy to have found Sepulveda Animal Hospital as we moved away from our other vet. Great to find a place that has the pets best interest at heart

Dr. Rogers and the SAH staff are very responsive to questions, extremely attentive to our Staffordshire Bull Terrier (Dolly), and very thorough in examining and screening to ensure she is parasite-free. We were able to secure a same-day appointment because of of an emergency health concern (Thank you, Erin!). Very grateful to have a trusted place to take Dolly in the neighborhood when she's not feeling great. (Dolly is now fine and on probiotics).
