★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I did not have the best experience at this Banfeild. They kept losing my records for my dog and the vets were very pushy about selling meds. It was clear there was a kick back program for Apoquel as it was pushed on my when my vet saw my dogs paw was red. Vet didn’t ask any questions about how or why the paw was red, just immediately resorted to pushing a drug that has HORRIBLE side effects. I was not at all happy with vets, but vet techs were wonderful. Office was clean as well and waiting time wasn’t too bad.
April 10 · Kendall MillsMy Lotti loves the Vets there. She is happy to see everyone. I love that they call me for a couple of days afterwards to check up on her. Not only does it show me they care but they love my puppy
April 04 · Bridget Ryan-SamonteI love Banfield!! I just had another really great experience today for my sweet companion dog's appointment. My dog is always nervous when going to either the groomer or the vet. Everyone at Banfield are all awesome!!! Today we got to meet Dr. Lee and Heather who was so sweet and so great with my dog. Dr. Lee was awesome and explained everything clearly, and really took the time and did a great job with my dog. He also had a great smile. 😊 I felt very comfortable and confident in him. Heather was so welcoming and was so sweet with my dog too. It seemed like he was less nervous in her presence. I was very impressed!! Her service was the best!! She also had a great smile!! 😊 I just really wanted to express how much we appreciate both Dr. Lee and Heather and how great our overall experience was today. We really hope to see Dr. Lee and Heather at our future visits. 🙏🏼 💕
May 04 · Christi RichardsonWorst experience I have ever had with a vet! We went into Banfield because my dog had been in pain for a little less than a week. The doctor and nurses recommended several tests be performed on her to find out the cause. They charged us over $600 for the visit plus the tests and were told that they would contact us with the test results. It has been 1 month and a half. I called today to find out what happened and conveniently the results got there "today". The doctor who served us that day was terrible and she seemed to add on things to rack up the bill. My poor dog has been in pain since and now I can't afford to take her to the vet for a while. Never going there again!
September 05 · Mayra NovaskyHorrible place to take your pets!! The vets do not care about you’re fur babies
