★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Recently moved but having been going to bond vet for the last few years. This location overall felt rushed. We met with the vet for roughly 5 minutes for her annual check up and although she was cordial it felt let she just wanted to get us out of there. However the vet who did her shots, Teandra, was very kind and took the time to talk about all the things we wanted to discuss. She told us how she behaved when receiving the vaccines, what to monitor her for, and answered our questions. Would definitely come back just for her.
May 02 · Lee HatcherBond Vet is the best veterinary clinic I have ever visited. I was helping a friend with his sick cat, Lenny, and the care at Bond Vet was very compassionate and at very reasonable fees. The cat finally had to be put to sleep, and they could not have been more understanding. I am grateful for such a wonderful facility in our neighborhood, and I will never forget the excellent and compassionate care they provided to Lenny.
August 26 · Juan DiazBond Vet was a great experience! After a previous traumatic vet experience elsewhere we were nervous to take our cat to the vet again. The team was kind and efficient and Dr. Brian put us at ease. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend!
July 19 · katie sinickiI want to begin by recognizing that the nurses and doctor were genuinely kind, attentive, and made my kitten feel safe. This review is not a reflection on their work, but rather on the customer service and overall experience with BondVet.As a Columbia student, this is the closest clinic to me, so I was hopeful it would work out. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, the scheduling process was disorganized and frustrating. It took several days just to arrange a 15-minute phone consultation, and when the call never happened, I had to chase them by email and phone. This became a recurring pattern—appointments not honored, calls promised but not returned, and constant delays.During our visit, I paid nearly $300 for a wellness exam, blood test, and medication. The quote for neutering my cat was another $600, and I was fully prepared to invest over $1,000 for quality care. After paying, however, I was told simply that “the surgical team would call me.” They never did. Every time I followed up, I was told to just wait, even after explaining how urgent the procedure was. When I finally pressed for a timeline, I was told the wait would be about a month. Had that been made clear upfront, I never would have chosen BondVet.To make matters worse, when I finally did hear back, I was given confusing and inconsistent updates. At one point I was told my kitten’s bloodwork had “mild abnormalities” and would need to be repeated—but again, no clear timeline was offered. A week later, I was still waiting. At that point, I chose another veterinary provider who immediately gave me a detailed timeline and treated my concerns with urgency and professionalism. In short: if you value timely, reliable service for your pet, BondVet is not the place. Their clinic is beautiful and I’m sure not every employee has this ethic, but Kim and the desk agent from the 77th BondVet were condescending, rude and unprofessional.
September 05 · Andrea CuadrosWe have visited Bond Vet before, but not this location, and this was by far our best experience. Dr. Greenspan and our vet tech (Abe?!) were amazing- so kind, helpful and thorough. Our pup is pretty scared of any vet office and they were so kind to work with him and be patient with his wiggles. We are grateful for the care shown to him. We highly recommend!
