★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When my little girl, Lulu Mae—a 5-pound Yorkie—suddenly fell under the weather, I was in a panic. Thankfully, I was able to get an emergency appointment at Bond Vet Upper West Side on 91st Street. I had booked a 5:30 PM slot, but they graciously saw me even earlier, and that made all the difference in a moment of real stress. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly heard and cared for. Deja welcomed Lulu Mae like she was her own dog—gentle, loving, and incredibly thorough. She asked all the right questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. Allison and Kaylia were also warm, professional, and compassionate throughout the visit, making a tough situation so much more manageable. And Dr. DeCrccio—what a gem. Knowledgeable, kind, and patient, they worked as a team to make sure Lulu got the attention she needed and that I left feeling confident in her care plan.Yes, it’s pricey—but for the level of care, attention, and genuine compassion we received, it was absolutely worth it. Thank you all for treating Lulu Mae like family. You have a loyal client for life.

June 27 · Shaye _Did_ThatHad a great experience at this location! Been taking my cat to various Bondvet locations and have been happy with his care, this was our first time at this location and we will definitely come back. He’s had heart and urinary issues, and the staff have always been incredibly kind and supportive to both of us during the process. Today we saw Dr MacIntyre and I think Claire was our tech, and they both took great care of my boy (he squirmed and we couldn’t check all our to do’s off the list, but they helped make a plan moving forward and we will be back soon). It’s very clear that the entire team cares a lot about what they do and the animals and people they help, and it is a huge comfort to know he’s in good hands. The receptionist was so wonderful and warm when I came in, and I was so grateful they had the room ready for us so he didn’t have to smell the dogs. In regards to the company as a whole, I’ve found the automated chat feature to be frustrating, but everyone I’ve spoken to has been helpful so I’d recommend just calling and speaking to someone if you have a question that can’t be answered through the FAQ. Their medication prices are much steeper than on Chewy, it makes sense why so I understand, but definitely run the numbers if you’re going to be purchasing meds regularly. When I was first prescribed meds, they did let me know it would be cheaper through Chewy so I appreciated that they were transparent! Overall I’d recommend!
April 03 · Sam HodgdonI appreciate being able to make a same day appointment for my pup. The individual working at reception could not have been friendlier both in person and on the phone. She welcomed us with a smile and was patient with us when checking out. I observed this type of care as she greeted others. The vet and vet nurse were kind and answered all my questions. I understand that vet care is expensive and often reviews factor that in; however, I was happy to see the costs of recommendations before agreeing. It can be shocking to say the least. I did not feel pressured into running extra tests and was given time to make a decision.
January 05 · JulieI took my French Bulldog, Franklin to Bond Vet on 91st and from the second I walked in they were BEYOND amazing. Clear up front pricing and they worked with me to get my dog to an ER and found pricing for that too (that was within my budget). I have heard horror stories about Vets in NYC and was scared to even take him somewhere. The care, kindness and compassion they showed us was better than any vet I’ve ever been to. They set up his IV port before we left. My poor dog had explosive bloody diarrhea and I was mortified that it was all over the exam room, and even that was handled with so much care. Reassuring me it was ok. At the end of our visit the doctor carried my boy to the car for me. So sweet! I would highly recommend this location. I am so grateful for the most positive experience you could have with a sick pet. Thanks Bond Vet!
