★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It was my first time at Petco's Animal Hospital. Overall, my experience was good. Parking at the location was ample and free! My only issue is that the room had a lot of hair in it for an 8:30am appointment. This tells me that they don't sweep the rooms. Nonetheless, I arrived a few minutes early. The receptionist confirmed my details and took my dog's weight. I didn't have to wait long before the technician came in. The Dr came in less than 10 mins later and went over my concerns. They had a promotion going where your 1st visit is free if you present the coupon and a free mail trim if you leave a review, so here I am.
May 03 · Antoinette NormanRescued a lil kitty and brought him here for his checkup and vaccinations. Beyond pleased with the services! The staff, techs and doctor are all so welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. Definitely coming back for checkups and boosters! 🩵
May 02 · Elaine BurkeI would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Hannah Mitchell, Edgar, and Jasmine for their invaluable advice regarding our dog, Samson's, weight management. Their kindness and approachability were evident in every interaction, making us feel supported and truly cared for. The guidance they provided was comprehensive, addressing not only the types of food and treats best suited for Samson's health, but also offering practical tips to improve his overall well-being. Their thoughtful recommendations have made a meaningful difference, and their professionalism and warmth are deeply appreciated.
August 26 · Lorie DongonI ignored the Red Flags of how bad their phones were and the poor service, bad attitude, of the receptionist that answered it. Took my Pup in for a skin condition. I also asked about a possible issue with her eye. I guess I was talking to some tech and not the Vet as when the Vet came in the room she quickly took my pup away to give her a shot. Something I immediately objected to. I've never experienced that before. Vets always want me there to keep my pet calm, not abandon her to some strangers to poke her. They insisted and since it was minor, I was already there and she needed relief, I let it slide. Still uncomfortable by the experience, I was in my car before realizing they made no mention of what was going on with her eye. I called, the Vet was gone, and what followed was a bunch of stupid phone calls dealing with their crappy phone connection and bad customer service. I just wanted an answer about my concern. Told them they could call me back or even email, but I never got a reply. Days of me calling back, never got a Vet on the phone, instead they told me to come back for another appointment. I assume because they did NOTHING about checking her eye even tho it was one of only two things I asked them about. Had I been in the room with the Vet, I'd have followed up and asked again. I wasn't paying again for their sloppy service. If this place is convenient and your pet's issue is very minor than maybe go here? But if there is anything potentially serious about your pets issue, NEVER bring them here! Not trustworthy.
August 03 · ThrillzI have been coming to this location solely for my puppy care. If you are lucky to be serviced by Edgar, you’re in for a real treat! Not only is he knowledgeable and patient, he has an excellent rapport with all the animals. And my baby is always excited to see him!
