★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Well,well,well.... Let me tell ya something our Husky Bowie was a big 60 something lb ball of shedding fluff. He was in desperate need of some good deep grooming. So we dialed up th groomers of PetCo and made the required appointment. We dropped Mr Bowie off at 10:30 am and was told that he will be there a good couple few hours... So me and his Fur Mommy went out in search of food in the area . We ended up traveling a distance to go to the Friendly Toast in the Burlington Mall but low and behold they were packed and had at least a 45 min wait time. So we chose the Cheescake Factory... they had only a 10-15 min wait. Once seated we ordered our drinks, apps and meal... no sooner did we get our apps and drinks did PetCo call and tell us our Mr Bowie would be done very soon.... Me and my girl thought he'd be there longer... so we ate as soon as our entrees came and boxed up the leftovers, and made out our way to PetCo with all speed. Upon arrival we were greeted by some dog masquerading as our Bowie . This imposter was soooooo Handsome and soooo freshly groomed that it couldn't possibly be our Woofer.... but it was.. We then took him out to visit the nearest tree and then back in to pick him out a new Harness and collar and some treats and fresh food and a Toy......All and all we were both very happy with the results of Bowies grooming. And he seemed to like all the girls in the grooming area. So we will definitely be coming back and using this location as his go to groomers. The staff was kind ,considerateand caring and turned our Bowie back into his Handsome Fluffin Self again thanks Ladies... below are before groomers and after groomers.......
April 01 · Christ Van HamlinIf I could give 0 stars, I would!Tuesday, I specifically requested a sedated grooming for my dog and for them to address his ongoing skin condition (he scratches himself a lot—this is not flea-related). They promised to completely shave him bald, remove all matted hair, help with the itching, and provide medication if needed.Wednesday, when I picked up my dog and was shocked. His body was shaved, but his entire head was left untouched—the exact opposite of the “complete shave” they promised. The vet didn’t address his skin condition at all and offered no real solution, just a $54–$60 discount on a service that cost over $600.When I expressed my dissatisfaction and refused to take my dog back in that condition, I was told to take him home, “think about it,” and if I still didn’t like it, I could bring him back the next day- but I would be charged again. I repeatedly asked if they could at least shave his head to complete the job they had promised. Instead, I was met with pushback, and at one point, the Vet said she “had two appointments” and left me standing in the lobby with my dog.I paid for—and was promised—a complete grooming and proper care for my dog’s skin condition. I got neither. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and a waste of time and money. I will be contacting corporate immediately to report this experience.
August 14 · Lynnette MedinaGood store for pet supplies. The staff seemed more interested in watching me to see if I would be stealing instead of asking if I needed help. They would be looking at me until I made eye contact and then turn away. Odd but ok. The cashier was kind enough to put her phone down during most of the check out which I appreciated.
July 19 · christopher grayAvery had wonderful customer service skills. She was kind, informative, and very helpful. If this Petco was closer to my house I would come to this one more often. I highly recommend coming to this petco, things were fully stocked and employees actually help you find things.
August 19 · AbriThey have plenty of options, the store is pretty clean. It seems like the associates are hiding or not so friendly, they aren’t rude but not as friendly from other pet stores I have visited. To be fair I have probably only been to this store about 3-4x.
