★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The best pet supply shop in Dorchester! Mark has been so helpful and nice since he opened and I started shopping here. He and his staff are very knowledgeable of the products and always ready for any questions I have. Don’t be an idiot and shop at a big box store, support a local business and make a difference in the community. Much much love for pooped pooch. Customer for life!
February 20 · Dennis LimonAn excellent source of high quality, carefully vetted pet supplies. Mark has thoughtfully worked with us to find healthy diets for our dog and cats through a range of medical challenges.
April 20 · Brook MoyersMy cat sources all kinds of vittles from here. Both stores are very well stocked and very well run. If they don’t have it and you want it they will stock it. I appreciate the dedication to providing the best and the helpfulness of all the staff. Shop local with real people! The future of Dot is bright!
December 17 · zweli MillerWould have given 3 stars but I understand it’s a small business and I don’t want to prevent future customers from coming as it’s a good business. They have good products overall for pets. Customer service was lacking when I went. I went in looking for a specific product for my dog, I was in the section where it would be but I could not find it. I asked the sales representative for assistance as I was expecting the product to be there because on the website it said it was in stock. She let me know twice that it was not in stock instead of verifying and helping me. It was a small section so it would not have been difficult to help me. I then found the product on my own after moving some things around on the shelf which did not take long. I found the product and she later let me know that it was the “last bag” they had. Had I not looked for it myself and taken her word for it, I would have had to go home empty handed. Overall good store, customer service needs improvement.
January 11 · Stephanie VelascoI could praise this store all day but my favorite thing about Pooped Pooch is that they offer local delivery! They're always super friendly and there's a great selection of toys, treats, and food for your pup
