★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Being a first time pup mom i was pretty nervous for my pups nail trim and buffing. The staff at the grooming department were very knowledgeable, friendly and handled my pup very well. I've taken my pup to other places and was not satisfied. Here my pups nails were done excellent. Thank you to the team at the grooming department. Will definitely be coming back and recommend.
July 26 · Estefanie GonzalezThis review is specifically about the grooming department at this Petco, and more specifically about an older sounding man named Romel. I will never bring my dog here for grooming simply based on how he speaks to people.I called earlier today to inquire about something, and instead of listening, he spoke over me the entire time, raised his voice, and didn’t even give me a chance to explain why I was calling. He then hung up on me.I very rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share this because I am absolutely appalled that someone with such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior is working in a customer role especially one that involves caring for animals. I will be taking this complaint to corporate.I am extremely disappointed and strongly advise customers to take their business elsewhere when it comes to grooming
August 29 · Cl BSpacious store with lots of good pet supplies, however items are a little cluttered and hard to locate. Better shelvings and clear larger description and sale price signage needed to make this large store more organized and easier for shoppers to locate things. Fully stocked variety of cat foods and treats is impressive but please stock more wood pellets cat litter? Not all cat owners preferred those toxic chemicals based or loose messy sand or clay type of litters.
July 18 · S BThis Petco is always my go-to for little critter’s needs. The staff at this location are always very nice. Maria is the best! She is always helping me out.
September 03 · Vic KowalLet me begin with the comment we often see in leaving a bad review: If I could give this place ZERO star rating I would. This place is horrible from my view, especially in caring for their bettas. The two times I stepped into this place, I saw a lot of bettas were dead or dying. I learned their employee managing the Fish department only comes in three days a week. But to do the basic care for the bettas is not rocket science. Just regular water change and regular feeding could save a lot of them from getting sick or dying. Also adding a bit of aquarium salt (0.3% concentration) could help them recover in some cases (and how much does this cost? Ten bucks' supplies could last for months given how small the betta containers are). They simply do NOT CARE!Plus, I completely agree with other reviewers that some of their staff is just rude.To the store owner: please save your cookie-cutter reply and don't add it here to my review. Act is much more important.
