★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The Banfield staff is always so helpful and caring for our pup. You can tell they really love animals there and just want them to feel their best.
July 24 · Michelle FloresThey were super amazing and so helpful I cannot thank them enough. Dr. Lin and nurse Diane answered all my questions and took great care of my cat. I normally take my pets to the Fullerton office but just a few days prior I had a horrible experience with one of their doctors and now my cat is suffering horrible side affects from a procedure done at that office. Let me clarify that the staff was beyond amazing at the Fullerton office it was just the doctor who was doing my cats procedure that screwed up royally. The Birch team listened to my concern and took immediate action where as the Fullerton office unfortunately did not. My cat is not out of the woods yet and still needs a lot more care but thanks to the Birch team I feel hopeful she will pull threw.
August 26 · Teresa GWe've Been Going To Banfield Since Our Golden Retriever Was 3 months old. He'll Be 9 years old Soon.Appreciate Them Greatly.
April 16 · Mike FloresThe front desk staff is all really friendly and helpful. But my experience with bringing in my very old and frail dog deciding to put her to rest was not great. We came in explaining her problems and obvious discomfort letting the doctor know we were ready to let her go, and the doctor reccomended us surrendering her and sent us home. It didn't take us long to call back and say no that's not what we want, we want to put her to rest. So when we came in and it was time for the medicine the same doctor came in to do it and was obviously not happy with our choice and brought such negative energy into the room. You would think the doctors would be more professional and keep their opinions and emotions to themselves better.. shame on you doctor, don't remember her name but she had short black hair and her voice was gone.
December 18 · Danielle KelleyI love this Banfield location. I have tried out a few close to home and all my appointments felt cold and impersonal but Dr. Caudle and the entire Banfield Brea Marketplace team make it a great experience for my dogs. They answer every little question I have, they are very patient with my nervous pups, and are very detail oriented with their health plans. They have been also super helpful in my family’s journey with palliative care for our senior pup. I couldn’t be happier with my dog’s care team. 🧡🐾
