People need to keep in mind that this is a community clinic. If you're looking for a more personal or private experience, I recommend asking them for a list of low-cost private vets instead. With that said, this ASPCA location has been amazing. They’ve taken such great care of both my pets. My puppy loves going there, he gets excited every time he sees the staff. And they were super patient and gentle with my senior cat, who’s the total opposite. She hates leaving the house and gets really stressed around strangers, but they handled her with so much care. They also came through for me big time when my puppy suddenly developed bad allergies. It was either rush to the ER and spend money I didn’t have, or see if the clinic could help. They cleaned him up, gave me meds to stabilize him, and helped me start figuring out whether it was food or seasonal.Did they magically fix everything? No, but they did everything they could with the resources they have, and they gave me peace of mind when I needed it most.We need to support places like this! I’m super grateful for them!! - Raquel Munaron
