★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I needed to handle a semi-complex case with moving my cats, and the staff and doctors here could not have been more knowledgeable. They handled every perfectly, understood all of the required paperwork, had great attention to details, and were very responsive to my various different questions and requests. My cats have been coming here for years. The facility is modern, the doctors are top-notch, and everyone on the staff is friendly and attentive. I would 100% recommend this practice.
September 01 · Duc PhamI cannot say enough good things about Sutton Animal Hopsital and Dr. Primason. As a first time single dog mom, they answered every question I had with detail and care and we're always a quick phone call away. The whole staff is amazing, caring, pays attention, and is so loving to my dog. Could not recommend enough
September 17 · Sam CohenOur dog was a patient at this practice when we lived in Manhattan. He always loved coming here. We moved out of state last year and found a new vet and our sweet dog was recently diagnosed with a cancerous lump. We needed quick help from Sutton Animal Hospital to help write a short note clarifying our dog's medical history for our insurance company prior to an urgent next day surgery.I was really taken aback by how callous and cold the receptionist, Julia, was regarding this urgent request. She was more concerned about their "48 hour documentation policy" than helping a former patient during a difficult time. She pretty much just snottily informed us this was not their problem and hung up. About four days after we made the request, they sent us a note, but it was not what we had asked for.I see someone else previously complained about Julia in these reviews and got a rude reply from Sutton Animal Hospital, so Im sure I'll get something similar. But ultimately, Julia may want to consider having more compassion and professionalism in her approach.-----Updating based on the reply from Lauren - not sure I've spoken to her before but that's exactly the tone/content I anticipated the reply would be in 😂 We both know I didn't demand anything. It's also silly to lie about the times I was sent the documentation because I literally have the timestamps from the calls and emails sent. It's an embarrassing look to be fighting with your customers in the comments instead of accepting feedback and taking the high road.Unfortunately even though the medical staff is very good here, I would recommend avoiding this practice based on their admin staff's attitude towards their customers.
May 17 · Sara PWe have been going to Sutton Animal Hospital for almost 2 years and have recommended it for all of our friends with new pets.Dr. Primason is our go-to vet and she is awesome, attentive, and patient. They’ve never rushed an appointment and always have heard out our concerns (even the most minute worries!!). I’ve never felt like any of my concerns were too small or something to brush off. They always give us detailed and easy instructions, and are excellent at reaching out for vaccine reminders. We can e-mail them at anytime and expect to hear back within 24 hours. We have been so pleased! We have tried a couple of vets in the area before settling on Sutton Animal Hospital. They’re a little expensive (and our dog is often there!!!!!), but we trust Dr. Primason completely (along with Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Kent-Miller). Even though we have moved and live within multiple vets in our neighborhood, I am devoted to Sutton Animal Hospital!
May 01 · D KoDr. Primason has been really great with my cat. She's been in for her annual and for a dental cleaning which ended up resulting in extractions. Dr. Primason made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and walked me through everything that was being done. I didn't feel forced to proceed with what she was recommending, but trusted her enough to let her do what she thought was best. The staff kept me well informed throughout the day which really put me at ease knowing my cat was in good hands.
