★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We just adopted a puppy from ACCT, and we brought her here for her first visit, and I'm so glad we did! Everyone is so incredibly nice and helpful. They gave us a welcome bag and a bag of food which we thought was so nice. Our pup was a little nervous being her first time there, especially with the other dogs, which caused her to bark a lot, but everyone was understanding about it and had no issues. The doctor was super nice and helpful also and dealt with getting jumped all over with grace. I've had to contact VCA twice since then just for some advice, and they responded fairly quickly with a solution/information for my question/concern. I definitely recommend coming her with your pets.
July 23 · Kara ForantMy first visit to your clinic today. I am never taking Lucy Boo anywhere else. So kind and gentle with my sick Kitty. And me too! Thank each, and every one of you! Lucy Boo sends thx too
July 23 · Brooke Alexander-BucherI have been to this VCA location several times for my 2 dogs. I can honestly say that this is the nicest vet that I have ever brought any of my animals to. The entire staff are empathetic and you can tell genuinely love animals. The veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are gentle and patient with my dogs. The waiting room is very clean and spacious!I recommend them 100%! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
June 04 · S ACCSadly after 8 years of excellent care from this group and the many positive reviews i have given, I can no longer recommend them.Dr. Serini, on two separate visits, one for new onset seizures in my pup, the other for a cat who needed a pre op visits barely examined the animals by laying a stethoscope to their chest for a split second. Not at all what I was used to from VCA Doctors. The pup was at the visit because of the seizures and for labs that I had been told he wanted, he blew off the labs and told me just to get a video of the next seizure. He didn’t chart on the seizures and the visit was listed as being for skin issues, he didn’t even check his skin. I said nothing that visit.Same thing at the pre-op visit for the cat, barely an exam and he didn’t want to do the labs! He wanted me to come back and have the labs drawn under sedation. I had to argue with him insisting that is what this visit was for. They did drew the labs. I left the exam room and told the people at the desk I don’t like that doctor. My comment at the desk was later used against me by Tina who told me I have been a problem before. She lit my fuse, after eight years of singing their praises she said that. She later denied saying that, then she tried gaslighting me by making it my fault she said that. She said Dr Serini did nothing wrong, he is a great Doctor and I am the only one who has ever complained. His care does not meet what I have experienced for 8 years with VCA, it’s very sad this has happened. My complaints after 8 years should have been handled more professionally. The final nail in the coffin is we are almost 30 hours past my cat having surgery with complications and no phone call from them to check on her.You can go anywhere for the level of service they are now providing and pay a lot less money,
August 21 · Georgia Cinq-MarsI made an appointment here last minute on a Saturday morning for my little cat who had a cut on her eye. Same day appointment, no extra charge. The entire trip was less than $150 for something I personally considered an emergency. She got three medicines and a cone. I love this place! Go there if your pet is having a problem and your normal vet is booked up or charges extra for same day appointments. I love the staff, too
