She took plenty of time to explain to me her suggested treatment plan, what to expect, and answered all of my questions. All the staff members were kind and professional. Three weeks post-op he’s all healed up and enjoying life. Thank you for taking such good care of my boy!

March 26 · Dan DI give a rating of three stars for every thousand dollars it cost to have a tooth taken out of my cats mouth. The missing two stars are the $2000 that for some reason I’m unable to get a loan for right now.….for the additional tooth….that needed to be extracted but, undoubtedly was not….during the first surgery less than a year ago. I was told they had three “expert “ surgeons working on him at once…. Then how did a rotten tooth not get pulled? 🤔 and here we are with fairly good credit and a $0 balance on the previous loan. Yet, I'm for some mysterious reason concerned over a possible infection in his sweet fragile mouth.My baby had meow mix at one time. But he is very, very. VERY healthy.Word of the reluctantly wise to pet parents, the “ economy “ is falling on your fur babies shoulders so prepare yourself for a deep seated lack of feelings. Truth be told, they, like most “ professionals “ now a days, care more about the bottom line…. Which is especially strange in the “wild wild west”, because in California which is only 4 hours that way ⏪, there are legitimate parental rights/alimony laws protecting pets from financial strains of divorce. Head scratching experience at best.

The staff went out of their way to assure our comfort as well as Bobbi Jo's. BJ needed a rather detailed analysis, diagnosis and treatment of a persistent dental problem left over from previous surgery six months ago and that is what we got!
