★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I brought my dog in today for the first time after she hurt her nail, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, caring, and professional. They treated my pup with so much love and patience, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the visit. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident that she was in great hands. Thank you for taking such good care of her—we’ll definitely be coming back!
April 19 · Rulber Turciosthe doctors and staff at this clinic are kind, caring and professional. When our 19.5 year old terrier was too sick to live we had to make that dreaded choice. This clinic handled our beloved pet with dignity and care. We have not seen a more loving veterinary office anywhere .
July 25 · Rob TroettiWe have been going here for 20+ years and used to be very happy with the service. Lately, Dr Fredericks seems to be at the end of his career and nearing retirement as he no longer gives the same care he used to during visits. For our elderly dog, check ups have rarely involved a physical and now it seems a simple issue has been overlooked. He has not been good at offering explanations or communicating with the vet techs. More than once they have forgotten to give us the prescribed medication we paid for during check out. Unfortunately after all of this time, we will be trying another vet.
June 20 · SusanI don’t typically leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to speak up after the experience I had here. I brought my cat, Miles, in for a serious paw injury and was met with compassion and professionalism from the reception staff and vet techs—which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, that care completely fell apart when it came to Dr. Fredricks. When I followed up by phone to ask questions about my cat’s aftercare and surgical site, I was met with coldness, condescension, and outright dismissiveness. Dr. Fredricks not only failed to clearly explain the treatment decisions made, but also threw out a potential cancer diagnosis over the phone—with zero confirmed biopsy results—in a tone that was flat, unfeeling, and incredibly distressing. To make matters worse, I was sent home with no aftercare instructions, no e-collar, and no clarity on how to manage a very sensitive and actively draining wound. The lack of empathy, communication, and accountability was shocking—especially from someone who claims to be a seasoned professional.I’m deeply disappointed and disheartened by the way I was treated. Luckily, I’ve since sought a second opinion and am working with providers who take the time to explain, reassure, and actually care about the patients they treat. I hope this clinic seriously reconsiders how Dr. Fredricks communicates with clients—especially during vulnerable, high-stress situations.
July 15 · Jordan WilliamsonThe Doctors and staff are all very compassionate to both the pet and the owner. We have been going there for over 18 years. They have proven to be trustworthy as well as being very fair. I know going to the Vet can be a stressful experience so, If that's the case, this is the place. We just love Dr. Mike, we have been going to him for years. They saved our little girl where others wanted to just put her to sleep. We will Never forget what they did and how we were treated.
