★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The emergency team that my dog saw was phenomenal, and I will forever be grateful for you! I will be recommending your facility to all the dog parents I know, thank you for taking care of my girl!On labor day my dog ate a bee and had a bad allergic reaction! The team was quick to help her and explained everything they were doing to get her better.
September 04 · Sabrina GI always feel comfortable bringing my dog to West Hills Animal Hospital. The staff are patient, caring, and great listeners. They take the time during each visit to make sure everything is going well for my dog. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for excellent care for their pets.
August 09 · Jenny LopezFantastic facility, excellent staff. Our cat had diarrhea and wasn’t acting himself, completely not interested in food which is super weird for him. Sunday night we got really worried so we brought him here and wow this place was great! They saw our dude super fast and room wonderful care of him. They ran all of his labs and we had answers within less than an hour. He’s recovering now and we are so grateful. Very happy we found this place and we will bring both of our cats here from now on!
August 25 · Mary HahnOur cat swallowed a string that was about a foot and a half long on Easter. We researched this, and read that this could be very dangerous.Being Easter, our regular vet was not open. We took our cat to West Hills Animal Hospital right away. We were so grateful that they are open 24 hours, every day.The staff is very kind and attentive, the doctor who treated our cat was very knowledgeable and answered all of our concerns. We did not feel rushed at all.The fee was very reasonable, especially for such short notice. Our cat is doing well, thanks to West Hills.
April 25 · Joe IzzoDO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS!I came to West Hills because the reviews were so great, only to have a HORRIBLE experience. They told me my dog needed a low dex test and a urinalysis to confirm if my dog had Cushing’s. Since I knew another vet that did the urinalysis for a cheaper price, I asked if I could have this test taken off for my appointment. This was confirmed by two separate receptionists and when I called the third time, I was told they didn’t know what I was talking about and that my appointment had been cancelled. After they convinced me to do both the low dex test and urinalysis at their site on a rescheduled appointment, my baby came with a huge wound on her chin. Once she was diagnosed with Cushing’s, I asked the vet if I could get an email with more information on my dog’s health so I could know what to be wary for. I was told, “We don’t do handouts.” I have cried multiple nights because this hospital’s cold and uncaring attitude, plus their receptionists’ incompetency in doing basic tasks.I have not yelled or demanded for things, and I have always waited patiently. Yet I have never been treated with the respect, that not only a customer deserves, but a human being deserves. Empathy is not a finite resource, and people who work at a place filled with animals should already know this. Unfortunately, the folks at West Hills don’t.DO NOT GO HERE.
