HEAL Veterinary Hospital understands this deeply personal connection and has built its practice around providing a calm, professional, and welcoming environment for both pets and their humans. The clinic’s philosophy revolves around offering high-level medical care while also focusing on the overall wellness and comfort of the animal. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My first visit! A fantastic spa/zen like space that is soothing for both humans and their pets. A “treats” weight-in station makes it easy for all. Staff is caring and kind is passionate about providing top level care to four legged fur babies as well as exotic pets. Excited that a few months water therapy for dogs will be available here. They also make house calls. Would highly recommend to those who want the best kind vet for their pet family member.
May 06 · Amy LeeThe veterinarians here are certainly skilled and knowledgeable, no doubt about their competence. The concern is the way they capitalize on owners’ fears, recommending tests and procedures that often feel unnecessary. It’s a subtle but pervasive business model, driven less by genuine care and more by the pressure to repay the +$200k in student debt that comes with their profession. Animals should be seen first and foremost as living beings, not revenue streams. Choosing a career in veterinary medicine carries an implicit human value, the will to help and protect, but when overshadowed by financial motives, it sadly turns into just another job. Deeply disappointed and saddened.
August 25 · A.Brought in my sick pet with obvious symptoms. The vet then brings her to the back for an exam and says my pet is not displaying these symptoms and later says it’s likely due to stress. As if my pet is more comfortable at the vet than she is at home. Later found out that she actually did have an illness. Will not be bringing my exotic pet here again.
September 10 · AnonymousI used to love this office and the doctors, but my recent experiences with unprofessional staff have significantly changed my opinion. Having read other reviews, I now see that they prioritize profit over patient care. They position their office policies as a commitment to high-quality service, but in truth, these policies are designed to manipulate pet owners into spending more money. I strongly encourage potential customers to be cautious and recognize this trend.
April 30 · Anonymous CI love HEAL! More importantly my Milo loves HEAL! I trust the care of my fur baby and when I have questions, the care and patience is priority. Thank you for embracing us and loving my little Milo
