They give her treats and let her get comfortable with the surroundings while introducing themselves to her. And, they are also always caring and thorough in their exam, patient with our puppy parent questions and they explain everything while maintaining a kind, understanding & professional demeanor. Definitely recommend them! Here’s our happy Ellie after her exam and yummy treats!
April 12 · Marina LlataWe’ve been bringing our dog Rufus to Bond Vet for over a year now and truly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we walk in, the entire team makes us feel welcomed and cared for. Rufus actually loves coming here — he gets so excited to see everyone and is always treated like a VIP pup. Dr. Murphy and Dr. Leon are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They take the time to explain everything and always make sure Rufus is comfortable and happy. We feel so lucky to have found a vet that we trust completely!
April 10 · Lexi LevyReally outstanding experience at Noho Bond Vet this morning with our new rescue pup, Rocky, for assessment and vaccinations. Darren on the front desk was extremely warm, welcoming and courteous. Vet tech Diane was patient and thoughtful in handling Rocky and thorough both in her clinical intake and in explaining charges and medication directions. Dr Murphy is really great, with a kind and calming manner and was very patient with the dog. She had reviewed Rocky's medical records in advance of the visit and offered treatment and assessment options, and guidance on future vaccinations and dental/oral health. Very grateful to have this vet office so handy; a great team and a lovely clean office. I feel very confident about the care provided. Extra touches such as treats, a welcome bag, and the opportunity to avail of summer specials made for a stress-free and pleasant first visit for Rocky. I would definitely recommend this vet practice. Thank you Noho team!
May 09 · Deborah LowryMy dog had traveled by car from Michigan to NYC. Clearly not a city doggy, He ate something from the streets of NYC, and it made him sick. My baby was suffering and I took him to a nearby vet. I didn’t want to take him to just any clinic so of course I looked for positive reviews. It’s not often but not the first time my dog has had diarrhea, I already knew what to expect. The nurse asked a lot of questions and I commend him for this. It made me feel like I was in the right place. That said, I was really looking to have a prescription to relieve my dog’s diarrhea. They gave me this rinky Dink medicine that I trusted but had a feeling it wasn’t going to do much for my 90 lbs dog (provioble forte). I’m so glad that I didn’t pay what would have been a 700 dollar bill. Instead, I agreed to having a poop check, which was also a waste because even though we provided a sample and the sample came back negative they claimed that there was not enough of the sample to be sure. Almost implying that I should pay another 300 dollars for a test result that may have come back negative. I’m glad I didn’t fall for that! Four days later my dog is in the same condition for which I brought my dog to this money pit veterinary clinic. They criticized my golden doodle’s weight. A vet would know that most of the weight is in the hair. I groom my dog and it can weight between 5- 10 lbs. I fill up to three 12 to 16 gallon trash bags. I’m not exaggerating or making it up. Typically golden doodles are mini medium or large size. My baby is a large size and the medication did not reflect my dogs weight. I had his vet email me his medical information and BondVet NOHO didn’t bother to record it correctly on their records. It says that my dog is past due his rabies shot -wrong! My dog is my child and he is treated as such. I’m a stickler about his well being. I bathe him, I make sure he gets his exercise , he get his annual wellness visits, and more. I took him to my vet and he got METRONIDAZOLE prescribed to him, was better and regular the next day, for half the price with all the bloodwork and poop testing! Before you judge because I mentioned Michigan, I’m a native New Yorker and I live in a very affluent neighborhood in Michigan, and my clinic is a well respected and regarded animal hospital. I don’t live in hick town USA, and I often complain that NYC lower Manhattan is cheaper then where I live. I hope for those who speak and read properly and have a reasonable command of the English language can understand what I’m saying. I should have gone to a more humble caring vet in the village rather than this money grabbing, uncaring for a pet’s wellness place. They didn’t even bother to follow up with us after our visit. So much for believing in propaganda chain vet clinics.
July 30 · Susana CooperHad a great experience at Bond Vet NoHo. The staff was kind, efficient, and clearly cared about my pet’s comfort. The space was clean and modern, and the appointment was right on time. The vet took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer my questions.
