Never again. I've never been disappointed before than I am now with this store. Can be certain that I won't be returning. The store manager, claimed to be a ferret owner, had the audacity to tell us that the young ferret is fine where he's at, in tiny enclosure with minimal interaction. A lonesome ferret in an enclosure for a long time growing up is not healthy. And the manager explained they can't do a mark down until after 90 days. We get it, there are policies but Petco. Please consider this time frame. 90 days is way too long for these little beans as they are growing up..Just thought we could do a visit and talk with the manager to get a better idea but his responses left me flabbergasted. My husband didn't even want to explain our intentions and left the store, very angry. Surely, this will be our last time going there.

I love petco! It's a one stop shop for all my pets needs! The staff is always helpful and courteous. They always go above and beyond to meet my pets needs and to answer all my questions and concerns.

In the past, we’ve had issues with online orders but recently went in. Got cat food and was almost sold it before being told it was recalled. Thank goodness all cans were scanned separate otherwise would have bent sold recalled food. Also, for the amount of employees always need to wait to check out.

The last 3 times my families been there the employees have been beyond rude including refusing to help with a heavy item. Reaching out to the store manager doesn't work and they refuse to give you the district managers information. After years of going here and being loyal customers all the way up to grooming well be getting better customer service else where
