★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Used to have good experiences at Pure Paws with all staff until we saw Dr. Kurtzman. Felt like it was a full blown sales pitch to have every test, procedure done on my healthy 2 year old dog with no explanation just to rack up a bill and make $$$$. On top of that while clipping my dog's nails, she cut his paw to the point his foot was bleeding and there was zero apology or empathy whatsoever. When we went to leave she was going to let him walk out with no bandage or anything with an open cut until I mentioned my worry about bacteria and grime from the street getting into it and causing an infection. Safe to say I will never be returning after this experience and would highly advise against going to her.
September 02 · Avery DomiThe absolute best. Knowing our very loved pup is in Pure Paws care is the most comforting. They are the most reliable, communicative, available and loving experts in the field. Wonderful people all around. Your animals will be in the best hands.
August 14 · Corinne CroceI was recommended to Dr. Liff of Pure Paws Hudson Square by a friend who is a patient of theirs. Every visit with my English Bulldog pup has been seamless and pleasant. They are very organized and cater to everything you need. I am very happy that my Sapphire loves going to the vet. She recently had her spay done and they’ve checked on her often and ensured that her recovery is going well. Shoutout to the team for being so diligent and incredible. Sapphire and I thank you very much for taking care of us!
