★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1WCV are hands down the best vet experience I have ever had. Not only is everyone respectful and helpful, but they are all very kind and make me feel like I brought my dog to the right place. And we have had some scares in the past couple of years and they have helped us through each one.Now that our dog will require long term care, I cannot imagine another taking her any where else. Thank you WCV! And the doctors, who are all super knowledgable, and also personable and make even big issues feel manageable. Thank you!!
July 29 · Carter BenesI brought my kitten to West Chelsea Vet for all of his care (checkup, tests, vaccines, neutering, etc.). Dr. Halligan and the staff of nurses are absolutely amazing! They're friendly, caring, timely, and professional. The facilities are tidy and modern. Prices are also reasonable (not cheap, but not overpriced, especially in Manhattan).Highly recommend this vet! Your pet is in good hands.
August 30 · Ryan CampbellOne of the top-notch veterinary facilities is located in the heart of New York City. Dr. Farber is a well-trusted veterinarian who has been practicing for decades. His staff is personable and highly qualified to help you and your pet's needs. We are happy to hear all the positive reviews from our clients. Highly recommended!
June 03 · Pet ChauffeurI have brought three dogs to Dr. Farber, and I have met many more. Each doctor is brilliant and kind.Dr. Halligan is an incredible surgeon. The entire composition of support staff, doctors, expertise and kindness is beyond superb.
April 13 · Alya LeybishkisThe front desk people are sorta rude. I have a reactive dog and I called prior to the appointment and the staff told me to call upon arrival and I’d be let in when the lobby was cleared. The staff didn’t understand my request and told me the coast was clear. There was an older lady in a wheelchair with two dogs, so I had to take my dog back out and wait. I typically always want the earliest appointment of the day to avoid this, but the staff confirmed 5:30p would be best. They were rude and not concerned with the fact that my dog is reactive. However once we met with the vet and vet tech, everything was PERFECT. 5 stars!!! They were great and it was the most calm my dog has ever been. My biggest concern is the front desk staff not being informed or not being considerate to the different types of dogs that come in.
