VCA Flannery Animal Hospital Reviews
I had to bring my girl Roxy in for a final goodbye. Staff was compassionate and understanding every step of the way. They laid down blankets with extra padding for her without even being asked. They gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, and left a buzzer to ring for the vet when it was time to let her go. Cost for euthanasia and private cremation (with ashes returned to me) was about $480. Her cremains, paw print, and fur came in nice blue bag, her urn is a beautiful box inside a velvety bag. Thank you to the staff at Flannery.
July 22 · Rae NievesWe had to bring our sweet 14 year old lab mix, Titus, in for help. He wasn't doing well and we decided to put him down to relieve his suffering. Everyone from the office was very compassionate, they explained everything and they helped us through an awful day ... Thank you for caring for our family.
July 25 · Leigh FullerDr. Francesca Riffo and her tech is the BEST vet there. Extremely nice Dr. She took care of my kitten Akira. It was very first time visiting, I used a coupon for 1st time free. VCA has the best team. Definitely ill get all vaccines from them. Thank you Dr. Riffo and the tech.
August 09 · Rehan GardeziWe had to say goodbye to our beloved family member Shea this morning. The staff at VCA was extremely kind, helpful and gave us all the time we needed to be with our dog. I am truly grateful to the staff and for having Shea in our life.
June 09 · Frank DNot happy with the experience as everytime I go I spend a minimum of 300$ and it’s something that I can remedy at home, took my dog Athena to emergency room as she was having an allergic reaction and instead of finding the source of her reaction and doing blood work they do vitals and Benadryl which I gave her prior to rushing her there and said she was good to leave after 15 minutes of being there. seems they want animals to keep getting easy money instead of helping the dogs and owners and preventing whatever allergic reaction from happening again. My aunt is a vet and has told me that doing blood is something they should do mandatory for allergies to find the source of the problem, won’t be going back.
