★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. LoPinto and his staff are truly amazing. My senior dog, Mandu, had developed cataracts due to diabetes and was unable to see for a couple of years. After spending a long time experimenting with different insulin types and dietary changes, we finally managed to stabilize his glucose levels. Once we did, he was ready for cataract surgery which Dr. LoPinto performed in spring of 2024.Dr. LoPinto is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. His calm demeanor put us at ease, and we felt so fortunate to have Mandu in his care. From the initial consultation through the surgery and all the post-op followup appointments, the entire process was seamless. Everyone we encountered along the way was kind, professional, and clearly dedicated to what they do.The facility itself is spotless and efficient — we never had to wait long for our appointments. A special shoutout to the amazing folks at the front desk: they were so kind, organized, and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.Sadly, Mandu passed away eight months later due to unrelated kidney and neurological issues, but we are incredibly thankful that he regained his vision and confidence during the final months of his life. We are forever grateful to Dr. LoPinto and his team for helping make those last months so much more comfortable and enriching for him! Thank you everyone at VEC!!
April 23 · Young Min SeoI don’t typically write reviews, but had the best experience here today and had to share!! Everyone was super professional and kind. Dr. LoPinto was excellent, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I want to personally shout out one of the techs, Brenden! He was amazing and literally laid on the floor with my golden retriever to put eye drops in and perform the eye exam. So committed! Highly recommend Veterinary Eye Center!!
August 28 · Laurina KilbyDr. Telle and her team at VEC are amongst the best professionals that I have encountered since I came to the city almost 5 years ago. Not only are they kind, compassionate, and caring, their knowledge, skill, and expertise is obvious. I am so grateful that I was referred to them, and blessed to have my 16 year-old Lily back home with me, as good as new! Thank you! And forever grateful!
August 10 · Randy HellerExcellent front office staff and excellent medical care team. I have had so many negative experiences with customer care at vet offices but here they are very polite, respectful, and helpful. 10/10 service.
August 04 · Foxy DavisDr. Lopinto is an amazing surgeon. Bowie has had 2 surgeries at VEC. The whole process was so wonderful from consultation, surgery and follow up. The support staff was top notch and very considerate at such a upsetting time. I highly recommend VEC and Dr.Lopinto.
