★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We love Heart of Chelsea! After trying a number of veterinary practices in the area since getting our puppies two years ago, I'm so thrilled we found Heart of Chelsea. Dr. Chu is so friendly and communicative, and I feel like my pups are in such good hands with her. I am particularly grateful for her kind, patient, and thorough care when our rescue dog went through treatment for some serious health issues last year that she'd had since before we got her. It was a scary time for us all, but working with Dr. Chu was immeasurably helpful and reassuring.Dr. Chu's team, especially Skylar, are all so caring for my babies as well. The front office staff couldn't be nicer. We are thrilled to be part of this practice. Thank you!
July 16 · Andrea Jones-RooyThis is likely an overdue review - Heart of Chelsea have been our vets for the last ~6 years. We have two Frenchies, and Heart of Chelsea is one significant factor in why they are healthy and happy. Highly recommend for parents of bracephylic dogs. The vets (and team) here are very caring, competent, and treat our Frenchies like they are toddlers - which anyone who has Frenchies know they expect to be treated this way 😅Thank you Heart of Chelsea!! ❤️❤️
August 04 · Monica HuHonestly this place is expensive, but vet care has always been that way but it’s so much more here. I have been calling nonstop because my little baby has been sick. I have never met such a compassionate team. Dr.Fracapane is so understanding and thorough, always explaining everything so I don’t get confused. Wendy is extremely patient and kind, listening to me complain and the nonstop questions. They both speak to you as a friend, not just a customer with sweet soft voices(you come to appreciate this when your dog is going through a rough patch). There is not a price I would not pay to get this kind of service. I cannot recommend Heart of Chelsea enough, thank you for all you do.
August 29 · Leigh McScottFrom the front desk to the vet techs and doctors, everyone at Heart of Chelsea LES is truly exceptional. I’ve never had a pet who wants to walk into a vet’s office just passing by—until now. The entire team is so kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward my pup. They’ve gone above and beyond for us time and again. I still remember my first visit in 2017—on the coldest day of the year—when they stayed open an extra 30 minutes to care for my sick pup. I’ll always be grateful for the love and dedication they’ve shown us.
June 20 · Maggy RogowI brought my pup here since she was a puppy until recently when we moved outta state. I have always had a great experience here. The vets were respectful and always listened to my question. Their pricing was fair and upfront with zero hidden fees. The techs were always loving and kind to my pup even though she has anxiety being at the vet. She even nervous peed on a tech once and they were so kind and supportive to Honey still. Acted like it was no big deal even as I kept profusely apologizing. She was spayed here and the process was so seamless. They followed up to make sure she was okay and just so incredibly!I am incredibly nervous to find a new vet that’s even remotely close to as good as the vets here! 11/10 rec!
