★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We're so appreciative of the entire staff at Water4Dogs who have gone above and beyond to provide the best care for Rémy's rehabilitation. He's made incredible progress, and loves going there so much he squeals and runs right off the elevator to greet everyone as soon as we arrive! We love how easy/convenient the scheduling/reminders are and how clear the feedback is, including actionable steps toward his rehab at home. We're hopeful he'll continue to make progress post-surgery and are glad we have W4D as a resource!
March 10 · CQ QuintanaVeterinarian was took time to assess condition and describe treatment plan and gave us confidence that we were in the right place. Physical therapists are knowledgable and patient and handle our dog with care and expertise.
May 17 · Beth PorterI can’t say enough about the team at Water4Dogs! Jade, Beau, and John are always so good with our pup and have helped us manage a very difficult time in his life. He struggles a lot with arthritis and the difference is noticeable for several days every time we bring him in.
July 18 · Tyler DunhamI wish I could give this place zero stars. We do I even begin. This place is so disgusting and so unorganized a woman there named Jennifer had nothing but an attitude towards me and my dog Bernie. It seemed like she was having a bad day but that’s no need to take it out on me. There are way better rehabilitation centers for dogs than this place. You guys need to actually hire people who want to work and help people. Please do better for the dogs, and hire GOOD KIND people.
March 26 · Jane MyersOur dog Barry was diagnosed with a torn CCL in his right knee last summer. We were in Italy for the summer at the time of the injury. After several visits, vets proposed invasive surgery and I wasn't convinced and honestly also scared to pursue that option in such a small dog . Barry is 11 years old and is still a very active Maltese. We decided to wait until back in NY and have Barry checked by Dr. DiPolo.Dr. DiPolo, besides being the owner of Water4Dogs, has also been taking care of Barry with his staff since Barry was 9 months old. He knows Barry's personality very well and he has my deepest trust. After visiting Barry and considering his age, he suggested that Barry try physical therapy for three months to build strong muscles and see how it goes.It has been four and a half months since Barry has started his weekly sessions of laser therapy and water treadmill at Water4Dogs and we couldn't be more happy and grateful for all that they have done for our dog. With some ups and downs, Barry's knee is stable and strong and Barry enjoys his daily walk.Barry has never stopped complaining about doing the workouts... He is the most stubborn dog and he doesn't collaborate easily but the therapists are skilled, knowledgeable and with a lot of patience they found the way to give Barry the most from his therapy. They really work with passion and love for animals. It's not my case but if you don't have time or for any other reason, they help you to blow dry your dog. At the drying station you find all you need, fresh towels, blow dryer, brushes, etc..The facility is very clean. There are closed circuit monitors if you would like to watch your pup while doing the therapy. The front desk is extremely efficient and they always try to accommodate your needs. There is no waiting time which I appreciate a lot. They are very punctual so it's important to be on time for your appointment as well.I will keep taking Barry to Water4Dogs for the rest of his life to keep his knee strong and to help him age pain free the best way possible.I don't have any special names to recommend. The people working at W4D are all amazing and what I love is they work as a team to give the best in a difficult moment of your pup's life. This review comes from my heart with deep gratitude.
