★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t say enough good things. My husband and I called around in an emergency late at night for my sick chicken who was suffering. My local vet emergency hospital was rude to me, stating they had to charge the price of a dog and it would be $400. I called another place in the area who were very nice but their pricing was similar.I finally called Tufts around 9pm, this was our first experience with them. They are a little far from our home but it was well worth the drive. They were excellent from beginning to end. Their prices were more than fair, I believe because it’s a research university hospital. They were welcoming, patient, and understanding, and the hospital itself is very nice. They have a super comfortable large waiting area with well stocked snack machines and I believe they even have coffee. We were able to donate the chicken to research, which there is a great need for with poultry. Our sincere thanks to the whole team who helped us, from reception to checkout. We have already told our family and friends about our experience and we will definately be utilizing your services in the future.
July 05 · C HDr. Noonan took such good care of my cockatiel Tippy who had to be in the hospital for about a week. He was very informative and went above and beyond with caring for him.
January 16 · Natasha HernandezI have to say from the front to the doctors this staff was amazing and so kind. We lost our baby today and they were their for us every step of the way.
December 28 · Shauna PaskellAll of the staff members that I've encountered both times I came here were so empathetic and kind from the second I got there until the second I left. Unfortunately I was there to have my cat cremated, and was there last year for the same reason. However they made me feel confident that they would treat my cats body with respect. Last year, it took only a week or so to get the ashes back and it came in a very nice wooden box. They also do a clay paw print for no extra charge. I have had great experiences with Tufts for what I needed and I would and have recommended it to family and friends!
September 09 · Heather McKinnon (Heather McKinnon)Would never recommend this place my dog was fine a except for some digestive issues nothing wrong with her leg. They apparently were having trouble with her so used Anastasia to do x-rays and blood work. Well if she is bloating she is in pain so she is going to be a lil fiesty. I'm pretty sure they hurt my dog on purpose because now she has a very bad painful bubble on her elbow. I truly believe some of the staff there are very sadistic. I still have not been able to get my records that I've been requesting but sure can run up a bill and charge me twice for x-rays. The staff there clearly do not care about the Animals nor their jobs. I would never recommend this hospital and if I could give negative stars I would.
